    The service is amazing.The food is amazingly fresh the people are really nice and hardworking they treat their customers good the managers and the servers are amazing.They give good customer service and they are so welcoming and I love this place ....❤️❤️💘🫶🏼😍

    After sitting at the drive-thru intercom for OVER 5 minutes around 9:15–9:30 PM screaming “hello” with absolutely no response, I became frustrated and decided to walk inside to order. Only to discover the ENTIRE staff standing around in a meeting while customers were actively waiting in the lobby for their food. Apparently business just stops during shift change at this location because the grills and fryers were closed while the lobby remained open. At that point, customers are just wasting time and money. I informed Loraine that I had been sitting at the intercom with no answer, and instead of apologizing or showing any concern, she looked me dead in my face and said, “Well do you wanna order here?” That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I was so irritated I simply walked out. After cooling off because at that point I was HANGRY and beyond frustrated, I went back inside and asked to speak with the manager. Ironically, it was Johnny — the same manager I spoke to LAST WEEK regarding an order that arrived freezing cold after the delivery driver waited over 45 minutes at the store. This time his excuse was that he had “just got to work” and was having a meeting. Honestly, if the staff is unavailable to take orders, then lock the doors and temporarily close the drive-thru. Don’t leave customers sitting there being ignored while employees stand around having meetings. This location has a serious leadership and accountability problem, and it’s clearly becoming a pattern. I left my contact information and expect immediate rectification regarding the money and time customers continue wasting at this location due to lazy and negligent service. Looking forward to hearing from someone who actually cares.

    Absolutely the worst drive-thru experience I’ve had in a long time. The customer service on the night shift at this McDonald’s is terrible. Employees act like customers are a burden, attitudes are unprofessional, and the wait times are ridiculous even when the line isn’t long. Orders are constantly wrong, food is cold, and nobody seems to care enough to fix the issue correctly. Management seriously needs to step in because the lack of accountability is obvious. Fast food is one thing, but basic respect and decent service shouldn’t be this hard.

    Absolutely terrible experience at McDonald’s. This has to be one of the WORST locations I’ve ever visited. The service is beyond unacceptable, the food was cold, and the staff acted like customers were an inconvenience. Leadership clearly starts at the top, and whoever the GM is needs to be held accountable because this place is being ran into the ground. Instead of taking responsibility for the constant mistakes and horrible wait times, there’s always some excuse. “Someone quit” is not a valid reason when this is a HUGE franchise that should always have backup coverage and proper management in place. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer because leadership can’t plan ahead. If you enjoy cold fries, sloppy food, long waits, and excuse after excuse, then this is definitely the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and go literally anywhere else.

    None of the food was remotely close to hot. The bag smelled of fat Joe's cologne. The drinks weren't even filled entirely up the cup. Im sorry but if im spending 30 somthing on food for two people I expect to get all my food. The big arch burger had suace all over the side of it. All the pickles were in one spot on the sandwich itself. I mean its like it was vacation day over there. The lady who took my money took damn near 10 mins to do so. As comical as im trying to make this. This was rediculas.... this is the 3rd time I've had an issue with this place. Im done coming here. None of you people understand food or hard work.
