  Overall, I like this McDonald's, but sometimes I feel like they need adult supervision. There are Some days that I go and it's full of teenage workers (not an issue) until they basically ignore people at the register and then you feel the attitude when they actually walk over to take your order. Or when you are waiting for an order and they are just hovering around and not making eye contact with customer to basically avoid them. My two cents.

  I don't usually have an issue with this McDonald's. But I also rarely ever eat at McDonald's anyway..maybe 3-4 times a year. I also usually eat breakfast not lunch. I stopped for lunch today and ordered chicken nuggets for myself and a special fish sandwich for a friend.They obviously cooked or reheated my chicken nuggets in with my friends fish because all 10 of my nuggets tasted like fish and had a weird texture as well🤮 That one time is enough. I'll never go back again.

  The night before they took 3 hours and we decide to cancel cause they couldn’t deliver Today Manager was rude and yell at us … don’t go here (Remember the pie Mr manager)

  They are supposed to be 24/7 but this is the third time that I tried to buy anything after mid night and they are closed, you guys better update your info online, you are not a 24/7 McDonalds

  Manager terribly I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience at your location. During my visit, I used the self-service machine to place my order, and I was charged twice for the same transaction. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, instead of resolving the issue appropriately, I was told that my food would be taken away, that I would need to pay again, and that I would have to wait for my order all over again. At that point, I had already been waiting approximately 40 minutes for my food and was extremely hungry. This situation was not only frustrating but also unacceptable, as the double charge was clearly a system error and not my fault. I believe the issue should have been handled by verifying the duplicate charge and processing a refund without penalizing me or causing further delay. Instead, I was placed in an uncomfortable and unfair position as a customer. I am requesting a review of this situation, as well as confirmation that the duplicate charge has been or will be refunded. Additionally, I strongly encourage better training for staff on how to properly handle situations like this in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution. Thank you for your time.
