    I think 1 star is giving to much credit absolutely worst service you could ever get at a McDonald’s an attitude from just ordering and asking to add a mcchicken and an attitude to use the app they said they don’t have a scanner on the first window also known as back cash and I knowwwwww there definitely is one just disgusting service I hope a manager sees this and fixes it cause no other McDonald’s is this trashy

    Stop by this McDonald's twice today. 1 1st time, around 4 o'clock. I kind of figure out how to redeem the rewards. It's our 20 minutes and two people who want to wish look like a manager and got nowhere. Besides, it looks like you've already redeemed. It sorry where you can use it. I said whatever I then come back later today get food. There are 3 employees in the window. One of which has his headset off the other two, have it on, and I have been sitting at the drive through for a good 5-10 minutes, and nobody's saying anything I drive around, I honk my horn. I see them and they put all 3, take a step back so they can't be seen at the window. So I don't know what's going on with this station, or whoever the manager is, the people you hired are running your business into the ground. They're rude, they are inconsiderate, and when they are working, they're incompetent.

    came in to just get some quick food and was greeted by a manager. when taking my order i asked for bbq sauce in which he told me they were out i asked for a different sauce and he gave me a sigh of annoyance i could understand if i was being difficult or rude but it was the most basic thing possible. upon handing me order it was missing the fries i told him and even reassured i wasn't in a rush and could wait for them (even tho they didn't seem busy). after 7mins he finally gives them to me and they're the wrong size... atp i didn't even bother to ask for them again just asked for his name and he said leave a review and walked away. i don't usually leave reviews ive worked in food before and understand how frustrating customers can be but i was nothing but calm and respectful and was treated like an annoyance and from a manger non the less. he was tall dark gentlemen and i could tell he was a manger from his uniform. wont be coming back here it's obvious they don't care who they hire.

    Came into the McDonald’s this morning around 9 AM. It is June 20, 2026. I came in and used the self checkout kiosk in order to be able to get my breakfast sandwich. I was utilizing the two dollar code however when I input the code into The kiosk it did not prompt me to be able to select my sandwich. Usually McDonald’s has a thing in their app where you have to wait 15 minutes in order to be able to try again. As opposed to sitting there and waiting 15 minutes, I went up to the front kiosk and was met with an associate to be able to take my order. I explained to her what had happened and so she kindly went over to the manager and asked for managerial assistance in order to be able to override the code. The manager came over with a very nasty attitude. She was texting on her phone while she was also taking my order in the middle of that because her attitude was so aggressive. I decided not to purchase the sandwich after all, and I asked the associates what was the manager‘s name because this is not the first time that I’ve came into this McDonald’s and see that she has a very nasty attitude in the way that she treats not only her associates, but the customers that come in here to shop. None of the associates would give out her name. None of the managerial staff would give out her name. I’m not sure if she’s one of the leading managers over the store, but she is not fit to run a McDonald’s let alone be in any leadership position because she is not leadership material. anyone who sits here and fights with their staff openly in front of customers is highly unprofessional. And that is something that should be nipped in the butt immediately I come to this McDonald’s often because it is the closest one to my home and I have never experienced this level of light and disrespect for absolutely no reason This manager honestly needs to be fired. And I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. I do also wanna note that when the associate that was helping me went up to the manager, she had a nasty comment for the associate saying that she’s texting her manager currently as if texting her manager is more important than serving a customer that is there waiting at the desk so clearly her priorities are misaligned I also wanna know that they have no signage posted of who owns this McDonald’s anywhere if it’s a corporate location or who to call. Which is a violation because every other McDonald’s has the signage posted of who owns that location contact those people directly. I am very displeased with the service and I will not be returning to the store location again.

    I visited the drive-thru at approximately 7:08 PM and placed an order totaling nearly $50. At the beginning of my order, I specifically requested fresh fries, as this has unfortunately been an ongoing issue during evening visits. After placing my order, I was asked to pull forward and wait. I remained parked for approximately eight minutes and reasonably assumed the delay was due to fresh fries being prepared. However, upon receiving my order, the fries were not fresh and were only lukewarm at best. Additionally, I ordered two Strawberry Cream Pies but was given one Strawberry Cream Pie and one Apple Pie instead. This was particularly concerning because I have a severe allergy to apples. At no point was I informed of the substitution, asked whether I would accept an Apple Pie, or offered a refund prior to receiving the incorrect item. When I brought the issues to the staff's attention, another order of fries was provided. Unfortunately, the replacement fries appeared to have been re-dipped in the fryer, as they were unusually dark and did not appear freshly prepared. If the fryer oil was responsible for their appearance, then the oil may need to be changed. As a manager in a nationwide company myself, I understand operational challenges, but if inventory is running low, proactive preparation and communication should occur to avoid negatively impacting the customer experience. What was most disappointing was the interaction with the manager on duty, whose name tag identified him as Jarod. When I politely asked for his name, he repeatedly told me his name was "Bob," despite his name tag clearly displaying "Jarod." The interaction came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to address legitimate customer concerns. He also appeared reluctant to process a refund or resolve the situation appropriately. Overall, this experience fell far below acceptable customer service standards. Between the incorrect food items, allergy risk, quality concerns, and unprofessional management interaction, I left extremely disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not encounter similar issues.
