  It’s a real disaster all the time, they are always confused about the orders and deliver everything incomplete! I’m tired of this happening, they don’t follow the customer’s specifications either and they deliver everything as they want... many times my children end up not eating and I lose money since they don’t eat cheese and there’s no way to ask them please not cheese and that they do it!

  Walked in straight up to the counter sat there for 5 minutes nobody even bothered coming to the counter Ring the bell no one responded and then after a few minutes someone looked at me and said 1 minute and then nobody came This place is a joke This is why I stopped coming to McDonald's McDonald's you're going to lose millions and millions of dollars because you're stupid decision try to make people order from a kiosk when they don't want to

  Hice una orden para llevar . La espera fue bastante larga. Pedí unas tiras de tocino ( la orden trae 3 ) solo venían 2, faltando en las 2 ordenes. Las papas estaban frías, la hamburguesa estaba fría, los nugets estaban fríos. No entiendo porque la tardanza si todo lo recibí frío.

  I dislike that every time that I pass by there’s a lot of kids outside of the entrance of McDonald’s. There’s always at least 11 to 12 mid teenagers because I don’t think they’re all like full teenagers. They’re really young and they’re in bicycle and they’re running around in the parking lot. I think it’s very dangerous for all those kids to be outside of the parking lot especially when people are gonna order I’m telling you there’s gonna be an accident someday because these kids are running around and they do not care of being in loud, running and just hanging out it looks ugly very disruptive. If you wanna know what I’m talking about just pass by this McDonald’s and you will see what I’m telling you every time I leave work I start seeing kids by 430. You see a whole bunch of them and I think first of all it does not look proper and mark my words there’s gonna be an accident some day!! Why are they there!?? It looks like a club house and it doesn’t look like a really nice environment when there’s a lot of children just hanging out the store.

  Order from here way more often than im proud to admit. However, today will be the last time. Ordered breakfast at 1022 on app. Was at window at 1028, gave the code 1029. Then when I pulled up to window the gentleman, who always does a great job asked if I could wait one moment. I was told a few moments later all breakfast orders are erased at 1030 but they can just redo it and charge me at the window. My mobile order was 9.47. They tried to charge over 14 and was told they could add any of the deals I used on the app. Then after pointing out the difference, I was told the best they can do is 20% which was over 11. A few bucks difference, but its the point of it. Just bad customer service by the manager. Just lost their company tons alot future revenue over a few dollars.
