Nice clean establishment, customer service is excellent. Norma took my order happily and efficiently with a smile and took my order making sure I had a great experience. There working hard in the back and with a good attitude. Will come back again.

Not gonna take a jab at the staff because they were really nice. I got my food at exactly 12:35 AM. I ordered a 3 piecw tender meal. Waited, I would say about 12 to 14 minutes only 2 cars in front of me. I drove off and the fries are super cold and don't even get me started on the tenders. They taste like they were overcooked hours ago and they still decided to serve it with how dry and cold they were as well. They felt like they weren't even sitting under the lamp with how cold the food was. Wanted to turn around to get some new ones but that line was so long I did not want to waste my time. Thankfully it was no more than $11 so the Food is going straight in the trash when I get home.

They send everyone in the drive thru to park regardless of what is ordered. I ordered fries and from beginning to end it took about 20 minutes. Had to end up going inside and they were sitting on the counter because they were waiting to take out several orders at once. The fries were cold.

Every time I come to this location there’s an issue, but this time did it for me where I will never return again. I will also be calling to speak to a higher member of management because the service I received today was horrendous. When my order was ready the crew member gave me the order and I asked for a dipping sauce, she states you need to pay for that. I was taken aback because what do you mean I just paid for the order you just handed to me. She says you need to pay for the sauce. I was completely confused because I was just in this same location 3 days prior ordering the same exact order where another crew member gave me multiple sauces with no issue. Actually each order and I have my rewards app to prove how many times I frequent this location and each time I’m given a sauce with no issue. Until this employee states otherwise it needs to be paid for. My first question when did this go into effect? If it was in effect how come the customers were not notified of this change and a message was posted somewhere. I asked her how in 3 days does the policy change she shrugs her shoulders and refuses my sauce. Completely unacceptable! I will be calling the district manager of this issue as well as I personally know the district manager for this location.
