  I had my deluxe McCrispy I opened my box and I got a chicken smaller than the bread I didn't give it importance I bit it and the chicken was too hard bad food I won't order this again and come here

  This place is truly an unforgettable experience… just not for the reasons you’d hope. 😂 The food is questionable, the tables look like they haven’t met a cleaning cloth in a while, and the staff seems to be competing in a “Who Can Smile the Least” championship. BUT… there is one shining star in this culinary adventure. One legend. One hero. SANDU. 🐐❤️ Sandu is not just an employee. Sandu is the heart, soul, and entire life support system of this establishment. I’m convinced the whole franchise is being held together by Sandu’s patience and pure determination. The day Sandu quits, I genuinely believe the building will pack its bags and leave with him. My suggestion? A complete rebrand. Forget everything else and open a new restaurant called “McSandu” — where the food is delicious, the tables are clean, and every customer is treated like royalty. 5 stars for Sandu. The rest of the place is still under review. ⭐😂 Love you, Sandu. Never change. ❤️

  Just left this McDonald's and the manager that was in the window was pretty rude had no manners whatsoever I greeted her with a good morning I was trying to explain to her that the order that I just received was not my order she just pretty much snatched it out of my hand and didn't even say a word to me I gave her my receipt to let her know my order was a value meal with two coffees she later returned and just handed me the bag and I was asking her something she wouldn't even answer me be very wary of these people over here they have no manners whatsoever other than that the food is okay the inside is always clean they need to train their managers a lot better to greet people because if we're the customer the least you can do is acknowledge us with a hi good morning good afternoon good evening good night train your people better

  This McDonald’s is the slowest McDonald’s in the world. You can be the only car at the drive-through, order one item and they will still take forever to give you your food. They are very unfriendly and completely incompetent. I stopped going here. I thought maybe the first time it was a fluke. But seeing that the exact same situation has happened three times now and having read the rest of the reviews, I know that this is just a horribly managed McDonald’s.

  I would not recommend this location at all. There is a clear lack of management and professionalism. Employees were on their phones in the lobby, the bathroom was dirty, and the food was cold. I went back through the drive-through to let them know my food was cold. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they took my fries, put them back in the oil, and handed them right back to me. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food quality and customer service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Management needs to address the cleanliness, employee behavior, and food quality immediately. I will not be returning to this location, and I do not recommend it to anyone. I came back to give this place a second chance, but unfortunately, my experience was just as disappointing. The inside of the restaurant was filthy, the trash cans were overflowing, and the bathroom was disgusting. The lobby was equally dirty and poorly maintained. It’s unacceptable to see such poor cleanliness and lack of attention to basic hygiene. I would not recommend this location.
