  Ordering drive through is a nightmare!! The wait time is always over 15min some times 30 min. It is easier to drive to another location, you will have you food in half the time including the drive.

  Look man lol…this place should be so much better due to the location. Premium location to be honest. The service in this place is terrible and I think it’s terrible on purpose. You’ll be shocked if you actually got what you ordered. The staff needs to mirror the staff at the Vineland location south of Disney Springs. I don’t want to nag on the young kids working there because I know they don’t care but cmon management do better! I ordered a simple 4 nugget happy meal…no apples and wrong dipping sauce lol! Guys I’m telling you this has to be done on purpose for a quick laugh by the staff.

  Purchase three different orders they forgot a chicken nugget order. I was already on the highway. I called them back to let them know. Spoke to someone who refused to give me their name I told him I cannot come back now, but I’ll come back tomorrow he said OK just let them know and he’ll will also noted it .I came back two days later. Spoke to someone at the window who said they can’t do anything about it. I asked for a manager‘s name He states he doesn’t know the managers name he’s new here went to window two she refused to tell me her name. She also refused to tell me the manager’s name. I called the store phone number where someone answered and said she was the manager, but yet again refused to give me her name and laughed. This is unreal!!!!

  Went to this location this morning and once I was given my drink no words just a blank stare and once I was given my food I was missing an item even though it was on the receipt no surprise they don’t have the simple thought to read it before giving out the order. So I politely told the worker I was missing my sausage egg and CHEESE biscuit again no words just walks away and comes back with the sandwich with no cheese. No sorry or anything just again a blank stare. It just seems like they have no care and the worst customer service skills. Would just appreciate if I was listened to and they just verify they are doing their job correctly. Oh and the cherry on top was getting to my house and seeing the burritos were thrown in the bag and ripped open disposing all the contents.
