She handled everything with such a positive attitude and truly went above and beyond. She was an absolute trooper the entire time. Also, Angelinah, our server, had such a great personality and made the whole experience even better. The timing of the food was perfect, and she stayed attentive and professional throughout our visit. Both of these ladies provided outstanding customer service and represented the restaurant so well. They absolutely deserve recognition, and honestly, a raise for the way they treated us and made our experience memorable.

Jewelissa at the front was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She made everything smooth and easy and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Angelinah was also amazing — attentive, friendly, and constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She brought such a great energy and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Both of them went above and beyond to create a fun and enjoyable experience. Customer service like theirs really stands out. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had at Main Event!

The kiosks were not working properly, several games were out of service, and I was even double charged. When I approached a floor representative for help, I was told to go to the counter, but the line was extremely long. We ended up leaving frustrated and disappointed. The next day, I called and spoke with a manager, only to be told there was nothing they could do since it was after the fact and that I should have reported it the same day which I did, but no one was willing to help at the time. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not somewhere I would recommend.

I don’t write reviews often but when I witnessed this manager named Liz speak to her employees in the most disrespectful and demeaning way I had to say something since other employees couldn’t.. I’ve been coming here for some time and even work in hospitality myself and I have never been spoken to the way Liz spoke to her coworkers. This is completely unacceptable and hope my review goes somewhere to the higher ups bc if they allow other managers to publicly humiliate their employees then what does that say about the companies themselves??
