  So we got seated, and the suburbs was very polite. She was very understanding in everything. I have no complaints about the server. What are the complaints I have about? Was when we ordered our food, our food didn't come out to us. It came out half half our table got food and other half. Then, we had to wait until almost 10 o'clock to get food delivered to our table. Because the machines went down, the server kept apologizing for the management team when the management team could came around or announced and said, something's wrong with our machines. And we can't provide order or anything. All the food that when it did finally came out came out cold, and I feel like we shouldn't have to pay for something that we couldn't eat. But again, I'm not knocking my server. My server did her job. My server came around and talked to us and I said, hey, can we speak to a manager? It will be great if we can. But the managers was like trying to ignore us. They would look over at us and walk right past as well, saying. Not one word to us. I think that was very unprofessional with them, but all in all, I will not be coming back there. I will not send no business y'all away because of how y'all handled everything and i'm not mad at the server do quit after this experience

  Severely disappointed choosing this for my fun and travel date night with my S.O. on our vacation. The game and arcade and bowling area looked neat. But it was busy due to the soccer/fifa thing going on. This place was clearly not prepared for anything with being busy. It was a disaster I watched unfold from checking in and watching to be seated. Seating only took about 40 minutes not terrible. But my god the bar and kitchen couldn't. First my meals look nothing like some of the other reviews. Went to order a liquor drink which is 15.00 dollars and I was given a drink in a plastic cup..was told there was no watermelon or tajin seasoning... I asked what was the point of my drink then..that was the whole.idea and was told there were no glasses and only plastic cups..but the tables behind me and beside me had them..and all the kids around were drinking out of them..wild. The pizza was atrocious. It was best described as 7/11 gas station pizza or frozen pizza you heat in the oven at home. The burger was decent incredibly greasy but it's a burger so it is what it is. The appetizers were decent..mozzarella sticks were actually delicious. We asked for ranch 3 different times never got it. They were not as busy as restaurants in the area so the kitchen and such should of been able to handle better. But the food was not worth the price unfortunately.. not even because of the arcade.

  Worst place ever. Waited 25 minutes to be served a drink. I was on the outside bars. All bartenders were just serving the inside of bar which is unacceptable No knowledge of their customers on the other side is the car. Is fifa time. Hire more servers if you have all your windows open. Never again coming to this place

  I was on call with Courtney and she was 100% the kindest, most patient, and awesome service person. She was very patient when I went on mute a lot during the voice call and when I was a little indecisive she helped me out. She also was very calm and didn’t have a mean demeanor. She walked us through every step of the way for inputting our birthday information. 10/10 employee 100% recommend speaking with her.

  Disappointed with our experience. We arrived before 5:00 p.m. specifically for the Kids Bowl Free promotion because we were told the week before that as long as we arrived before the cutoff, we'd be able to participate. Instead, our kids were only allowed to bowl one game, even though the promotion is for two free games. Better communication and consistency would make for a much better customer experience. We came in last week specifically to ask questions and make sure we were following the correct protocols. Based on the information we were given at that time, we planned our visit accordingly. Unfortunately, what we were told today contradicted what we were told last week, which was frustrating and led to confusion. We simply wanted to follow the rules as they were explained to us.
