  I had an amazing time here with my family. We had a party of 12 and I did not have reservations but they were able to accommodate me and my family right away. Food was surprisingly good. I had the quesadilla and my cousin had the burger and he said it was delicious. We had children ranging from 3-15 and we all had a blast. We did the laser tag, and I have to shout out the employee that helped us out. I can't remember but his name was KJ or KC. But he was so nice and patient with the children. Thanks for a great time! Also they validate parking!

  Always fun atmosphere. People are always nice rather the bar, gaming area or tables. Never a dull moment.

  Izzy was GREAT and the food was delicious except the meat on the nachos was cold. The Flatbread pizza was delicious. The Pina colada was DELICIOUS. GREAT TIME

  Yelena made our entire experience unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and such a positive attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, answered all of our questions, and genuinely cared that we had a great time. It’s rare to find someone who provides customer service with so much kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Main Event is lucky to have an employee like Yelena! She truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you, Yelena, for making our visit so enjoyable we can’t wait to come back!

  Our experience with Main Event didn’t start off smoothly, but it ended in a way that completely exceeded our expectations. While planning our daughter’s 5th birthday party, I ran into unexpected challenges trying to secure a simple seating arrangement for the accompanying parents. What I expected to be a straightforward request ultimately required multiple conversations before a solution was found. As the parent organizing the party, I was surprised that something as simple as ensuring parents could sit near the children they were supervising was so difficult to arrange. Rather than giving up, I shared my feedback with Main Event’s President, Tony Wehner. He personally responded, acknowledged my concerns, and assured me that his team would work to find a solution. True to his word, they did. Todd Gurney, the General Manager, reached out before the party to better understand my concerns and what I was hoping to accomplish. When we arrived, everything had been thoughtfully arranged. Two tables were reserved near Party Street where the pizzas were served, allowing the parents to comfortably supervise the children while still enjoying the celebration. It created exactly the stress-free experience I had hoped for. I also want to recognize Adrienna and Zarianna, who took exceptional care of us throughout the entire party. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, organized, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. They stayed on top of every detail, making sure everything ran smoothly so we could simply relax and enjoy celebrating with our daughter. Their outstanding customer service made the day even more special. What impressed me most wasn’t that everything was perfect from the beginning—it was how Main Event responded when a customer raised a legitimate concern. It’s refreshing to see a company where leadership listens, empowers its local team, and follows through. That commitment was evident every step of the way once they became involved. Thank you to Tony Wehner, Todd Gurney, Adrienna, Zarianna, and the entire Main Event team for turning a challenging planning experience into a truly memorable celebration. Our daughter had an amazing 5th birthday, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make it so special. We look forward to celebrating many more milestones at Main Event!
