- MMMikeJul 3, 20264.0Lottawatta Lodge was a solid quick-service option during our day at Blizzard Beach. The food was good, the service was quick, and it did exactly what we needed it to do—satisfy our hunger so we could get right back to enjoying the water park. Don't expect a gourmet meal, but if you're looking for a convenient place to grab lunch without spending too much time away from the attractions, it gets the job done well. Overall, it's a dependable choice for a quick bite while spending the day at Blizzard Beach.
- JRJames RiggsJun 14, 20261.0It’s said that blizzard beach was formed after a freak winter storm…apparently this eatery was frozen solid in ice during that storm because the service is glacial…seriously 45 minutes from getting in line(and not even a long one)to getting overpriced food. With tired kids on a hot weekend day in the summer service like this ruins days. Only 2 of the registers open for folks not doing mobile orders. This place needs a thaw out.

He was so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The best service we had in our whole 2 week trip. He made sure to take care of the order personally and had a chat with us while it was more quiet and we waited for food. The food was great, hot and fresh. The first time we felt truly listened to and understood when it came to allergies. This man is an absolute asset to the park and restaurant ☺️
