Came in on a Sunday around noon and had Dani as our server. When I say she was a vibe, she was a VIBE! Her table side manner was impeccable, she was incredibly likable and very knowledgeable about the menu and recommendations. We had food allergies in our party and Bill, the manager came out and made ample suggestions and accommodations for dishes for non-dairy alternatives. Drinks were fantastic too! I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a 14 oz Filet medium Pittsburgh medium rare. Nope! It was small, over seasoned, and an average sear. Not a Pittsburgh. The 4.50 add-on salad was just okay. The side of mashed potatoes was a good portion, but bland. The kid that was iur water was new and slow. I observed hel against other waiters and they kicked his butt. We were overcharged for what we got. The end.

Landry’s used to be a huge hit for me, so I was really looking forward to visiting the Orlando location after the Tampa one closed years ago. Unfortunately, my Mother’s Day meal was a huge disappointment. My favorite dish, the stuffed flounder, had an overwhelmingly fishy flavor that made it hard to enjoy. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for on such a special occasion.

We just found out that our great bar tender left Landrys. David was the sweetest server we ever had since we've eaten at Landrys. He knows the menu well. David is very courteous and respectful. Today, mother's day we came back to celebrate at Landrys but with the new bar tender I think his name is Bryan. He was ok at first but got rude and had an attitude with us. When we were ordering our food, I explained to him the dessert I want that David always served us. The triple chocolate with the dried raspberry sprinkles and syrup on top. We were waiting for the dessert but it seems like he did not place the order because he doesn't know what it is although I already explained it to him in the beginning. I don't know whats up with this new bar tender but he is totally the opposite of David. So I ended up not ordering anymore dessert because I don't want to explain it to him the second time around. Since I have a left over food, I just asked him for a to go box and he gave it to me like throwing it in front of me. I can tell he is not happy. So I packed the food and paid, he's lucky i still gave him a tip. When we were leaving my husband said have a good day to him but never responded at all pretending that he did not hear when there was no one there but us. We will never go back to Landrys anymore. This guy needs to be trained on customer service. I can tell he is not a people's person. So sad that David left. David's customer service attitude and dealing with people is superb and exceptional. Please retrain that new bar tender esp. The attitude. That employee's attitude reflects your company. Will never go back.

Average Food, High Prices-I visited Landry's recently and had a mixed experience. While the atmosphere was lovely, the service was slow for a half-empty restaurant on a Friday evening. We waited at least 50 minutes for food, and getting bread and drink refills was consistently delayed. I'm not sure if the lady who was the server was on her phone in the back or what, but EVERYTHING took quite a while. The food was just okay. Most of our family ordered drinks, and shared appetizers, and and with entrees, we easily spent $50 to $65 each. I expected something more creative or better executed. It was fine, but nothing special. Ultimately, the price point makes it hard to recommend, as the value just isn't there compared to other places in the area.
