  Yo sé que no hay muchos Krispy Kreme aquí en la área de Orlando, pero creo que eso es lo que lo hace únicos, además de qué si tú vienes después de las cinco de la tarde las vas a encontrar calientitas las donas, me encanta cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de venir con mis hijos, lo hago y me encantan sus productos, sus donas calientitas

  Shop delivered only half of my order via DoorDash. I spent 20 minutes calling over and over with no answer.I ended up having to drive 25 minutes to get the rest of my order in person. Manager wouldn’t come out to speak with me and kept sending store associate back and forth. No refund or credit was offered for my inconvenience only a specialty donut. Would not recommend as there is an obvious accountability issue.

  The older white lady working the drive-thru window at Krispy Kreme on May 11 around 6:30 PM was unbelievably rude. I ordered a single glazed doughnut and the assorted Dots (NOT the mini doughnuts), which are clearly listed on the menu for around $4. She clearly didn’t understand what I was ordering, kept asking me to pick flavors even though the assorted ones already come pre-selected, and somehow charged me $16 for the mini doughnuts anyway. When I got to the window, I didn’t even bother correcting her again and just asked for my single glazed doughnut. She literally threw it at me and sarcastically said “have a nice day.” I was so shocked I drove off before realizing she never even charged me for it. I work in customer service too, so I understand stressful days, but I have never treated a customer with that level of disrespect. Completely unacceptable behavior.

  The visit is worth it for the donuts, which are genuinely very good. However, being realistic, the experience inside the store leaves a lot to be desired. The place becomes extremely saturated with the smell of frying oil, to the point that it is unpleasant and lingers on your clothes long after the visit. In addition, the store appears to need a renovation, especially the exhaust system and the cleaning of the floor, which was quite greasy.

  I went to in after a long shift and honestly it was a really bad experience. The personnel are rude, not normal rude super rude. I asked questions about the line and they just pointed and looked annoyed. After waiting for 10 minutes for my turn, they served another person who came in right that second. There were two ladies working and both of them were annoyed to serve people. At one point they threw donuts on the ground and just shoved it under the fridge. The place smelled awful and the fridge was looking molded. I used to enjoy Krispy Kreme in my hometown. It was my first time in years going to one and it is definitely going to be my last while I am
