  Crystal was server taking care of us and was amazing !!! She was friendly informative and went out of her way to help my daughter make an informed decision with her oyster choice . One of the best interactions we’ve had with a server by far . We will be back again and will request her section for sure.

  My wife and I enjoyed a great experience during our visit at Joe's Crab on15 May 2026. Our server Bruce was amazing. The best service that we've encountered in a very long time. His personality and persona is awesome. I hope we have him as our server during our next visit. Thank's Bruce for a job well done. Leroy

  Had an amazing experience at Joe’s Crab Shack right on the beach in Daytona Beach 🌊🦀 The atmosphere was awesome from the moment we walked in. Being able to sit near the water with the ocean breeze while enjoying fresh seafood made the whole experience feel like a perfect Florida vacation moment. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly even while the restaurant was busy. The clam chowder was seriously one of the best parts of the meal — rich, creamy, flavorful, and loaded with clams. You can tell it was made fresh and had that perfect comforting seafood flavor. I also ordered the fish and rice, and both were cooked perfectly. The fish was fresh, seasoned really well, and flaky without being dry at all. The rice paired perfectly with it and completed the meal. What I really liked was the overall vibe. Great music, fun energy, amazing beach views, and quality food all together in one place. It’s the kind of restaurant where you can relax, enjoy the scenery, and have a memorable meal with family or friends. If you’re visiting Daytona Beach and looking for a solid seafood spot with great service and beautiful views, I definitely recommend checking out Joe’s Crab Shack. Looking forward to coming back next time we’re in town! 🌴🔥

  Big shoutout to Joe! (Waiter Joe, not THE Joe). His excellent service is what made the visit worthwhile. The flavor of the food was very good, but the amount of food left something to be desired. The classic seafood boil, priced around $50, is really only a single serve dish. You would find better value ordering one of the cheaper entrees for a single serve meal. Additionally, I think that the gimmick of the waiters shouting things periodically really distracts from the meal and from conversation with family. You don’t need a gimmick to run a successful restaurant, you just need quality service from quality servers like Joe!

  Taja gave us one of the best experiences we’ve had going out to eat. She was so kind and welcoming from the start, and what really meant the most to me was how she treated my child. She was so sweet, patient, and made them feel comfortable and included the whole time, which I truly appreciated. Her service was amazing all around. She checked in at the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and had such a genuine and positive energy. You can tell she really cares about people, not just doing her job. We will definitely be coming back and I would love to have her as our waitress again. She really made our experience special.
