  Customer service could use some work. I walked in and let them know I had ordered online. They let me know my order will be out soon. I sat right next to the register. I was on my phone waiting.. After 10-15 min I was wondering where my food was. They had put it on the rack instead of letting me know it was ready. I thought this was very rude since they knew I was waiting on my order. No one told me it was ready, no one said anything.

  Did take out on a Italtian 16 inch sub that cost $24.15 but totally worth the price and the sub was very yummy!

  Excellent service from Tre! I placed an order through the Jimmy John’s app, but when I went to the store it appeared that my order didn’t go through properly. Tre was super friendly, patient, and fixed the issue on the spot without any hassle. He even made sure my order was prepared quickly and correctly. Thanks to Tre, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a great one.
