    So on October 9, I did a pick up order from DoorDash and when I got there, I was greeted by a Caucasian girl , glasses with no pants on when I mean no pants her apron was longer than her pants. All I saw was legs. She told me that they ran out of bread and she couldn’t serve me my order so I told her to cancel my DoorDash and she told me she couldn’t. She literally refuse to cancel my order. She said she’s waiting for the driver to come back and then she can get more bread to make my sandwich. So I told her well if you have no bread, you should cancel my order. You cannot keep my money and she said store policy she couldn’t. Everybody knows if the customer cancels their own order it charges you half of your order and you’re unable to get your full money back. I told her to contact DoorDash and let them know what the issue was and she refused as well. So I just told her thank you and I walked out and I contact DoorDash from in front of the store and let them know what happened and I was able to get my refund in credits. But the service was absolutely trash. Why don’t you have appropriate bottoms on why was it so short that your apron that’s already short is longer than your bottoms. Why doesn’t Jimmy John’s have bread to last the whole day. Why did I have to wait for another driver and why was my order refused to be canceled when the store was the one that ran out of bread. Bad service. !

    This Jimmy John’s location was apparently running low on turkey and instead of saying anything they just went with it. The lack of personal pride was evident from the moment we walked it. Thanks Sammy for this lack luster experience.

    Currently nine weeks pregnant absolutely disgusted that in my second bite, I had to pull out this gigantic hair from the tuna mix. Disgusting.

    First time in this restaurant. Love it Danielle was very informative about the type of sandwiches and patient exceptional customer service. 💯 Thank you ot was delicious 😋

    Usually pretty good. Just opened to a wrong order when got it back to work. Lettuce wrap!!?? Really? Ordered a sub.
