  This Jimmy John’s location was apparently running low on turkey and instead of saying anything they just went with it. The lack of personal pride was evident from the moment we walked it. Thanks Sammy for this lack luster experience.

  First time in this restaurant. Love it Danielle was very informative about the type of sandwiches and patient exceptional customer service. 💯 Thank you ot was delicious 😋

  Tried Jimmy John’s for the first time and honestly, not a great experience. The guy taking my order seemed rushed and wasn’t really listening, which made the whole process frustrating. On top of that, the lettuce in my sandwich was going bad, which is pretty unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to be fresh. Definitely disappointed.

  App order: Jj forgets to put any meat on a turkey sub. Placed on hold phone 15 mins, until insisting there's no manager to issue credit or reverse charges. Told I would get a call the next day, didn't happen. Second sandwich was fine. 2 stars for bad service and lack of response.
