  We’ve been going Izziban for many years now and we usually go for the Kbbq and the atmosphere, it’s overall fun. But this time we went during earlier hours ( 2 to 3 PM) and we encountered the worst service we’ve had so far. I don’t remember the waiters name but unfortunately the service was atrocious. We ordered several things and it took on average 15-20 minutes to get anything. He forgot multiple orders that we had to remind him after 20 mins of waiting. And then he tried turning it around saying that we hadn’t ordered anything? Drinks took 20 minutes to get, also. The rice took multiple attempts for him to bring. Every time we wanted meat, it took a long time for it to arrive or he just forgot. We really didn’t want to tip him anything, but low and behold, there’s 18% gratuity included in the price. And mind you, the restaurant was not busy. The waiter had maybe 4 to 5 tables. I observed others having to flag him down to get his attention to check them out. When he would “check” up on us, he wouldn’t ask us anything and just walk off. Izziban, Do better. If you’re already charging 18% for horrible service, you’re going to be losing customers. I’m really doubting if I would actually return, especially with that horrible service. If I do return, I would be going during dinner hours because maybe I’ll get better service. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Izziban is one of the best restaurants in the orlando area. The food and service are always 5 star. I atmosphere is amazing if you love Korean music and culture. If you are visiting orlando and only eat at one restaurant this should be it!

  This place get a lot improved from food quality and atmosphere. Really good korean food. Side dish was make by the owner not buy from the manufacturer. You can tell by the look.sauce is good. One of the good Korean restaurants to hang out. Delicious 🤤

  AYCE Korean BBQ or order from menu. If the BBQ is not good it's your own fault because you cook your own on the grill at the table!

  Wonderful place ; delicious and abundant food , excellent music and not too loud, and Sarah gave us a great service . I recommend this awesome place and I want to come back. Seafood pancakes yummy and tofu.
