I want to recognize the incredible team at House of Blues for providing some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
My phone had completely died, and I had been told I could rent a charging brick at House of Blues. Unfortunately, when I got there, I realized I needed my phone to scan the QR code to pay for and rent the charging brick. I was stuck.
I asked one of the hostesses if there was any way she could help. I was fortunate to meet Tela, who immediately went out of her way to assist me. She tried everything she could to get my phone charged enough so I could rent the charging brick, but unfortunately, it just wasn’t enough.
Instead of giving up, Tela brought over her manager, Lou, who also made every effort to help. He searched for different chargers and even found an iPhone charger for me, trying several options to get my phone working. When those attempts didn’t work, Lou went to his director, Sean Barua, to see if there was anything else they could do.
Sean didn’t hesitate. He went and got his personal charger so I could charge my phone enough to get back into my car.
I am truly blown away by the kindness, compassion, and dedication shown by Tela, Lou, and Sean. They went far beyond what anyone would expect, and their willingness to help someone in need turned a very stressful situation into one I’ll never forget.
Thank you, Tela, Lou, and Sean, for showing what exceptional customer service really looks like. House of Blues is incredibly fortunate to have people like you on their team!

Let me start by saying that our family has eaten at house of blues (HOB) at Disney Springs for years.
On July 23 my wife and I visited HOB and wow things have changed dramatically. My wife's meal she enjoyed, but that's where the dining experience took a wrong turn.
I ordered a BBQ brisket sandwich meal and when my meal arrived I was horrified by what the HOB tried to pass off as BBQ brisket. First the HOB attempted to disguise the beef brisket with fried onions and when I pulled aside the onions the so-called brisket was ~4-5 oz. of pure beef fat and maybe a tablespoon of brisket.
I asked to speak with the manager and on the 3rd attempt I ended up with ~3oz. of brisket and ~3 oz. Of fat on a hamburger sized bun.
Needless to say, no more HOBs in our future and that's a real shame. I would recommend avoiding HOBs at all cost or look closely at your quality meal in disguise.
Super loud. But the main issue was that the food was terrible. My impossible burger (and also 3 other burgers at the table) was so undercooked that it may as well have been made in the microwave.
I also don’t know what their water system looks like but the water they gave us tasted so awful, none of the 8 of us could drink it. I bought a house once with a fridge that had a moldy water dispenser and the water tasted similar…

The food was delicious. Everyone in my party loved what they got. I had the BBQ burger and loved it. There were a ton of menu items I wanted to try so I'll definitely be back. The downfalls were; 1. We came in with a large group and the manager and host weren't sure how to seat us. We ended up dividing into 3 smaller groups (kids, women, men) with 2 separate servers to make it easier even though they could have had one server take us all by moving 3 tables that were open next to each other. (Side not: I worked F&B for many years so I know there are ways to reassign tables to make it fair if someone gets a table in tpur section.) 2. The server the kids had was great with them. She was patient and attentive. Our server started off like he hated us lol, but towards the end seemed to not be annoyed with our being there. (Maybe he didn't want to take a party) 3. The restaurant was a little dark and had a slight smell like damp wood.
But again the food was great and we'll definitely be back 😋

We sat in the back of the restaurant which had a lovely view of the lake. The atmosphere here in general is great, it’s very fun and energetic. There was live music but we couldn’t hear it from where we were sitting. The food and service were just ok. We got the Mac and cheese skillet to start and it was very bland, then my daughter had the buffalo chicken salad and the chicken was on the whole opposite end of the spectrum so overly sauced and spicy she couldn’t eat it. We barely saw our server (so little my husband and I gave our drinks to our daughter and never got refills). There are not many options for vegetarians (typical salad and the impossible burger so not a lot of imagination here, possible you could customize a plate to suit your needs). We won’t be going back certainly not worth returning when there are much better restaurants in the area and considering the costs.
