May 30th 2:50pm. The two employees working are too busy watching their soccer game on their phones while we waited at the checkout counter with melting ice cream In our hands and 6 more people waiting in the line. Whoever owns this franchise needs better sop and customer service and for us telling them that we’re waiting to checkout we got yelled in Spanish.
