  $7 for a small ice cream is riding kind of crazy. Literally a small cup of ice cream, nothing special. Then they gonna ask if I want to tip?!

  Good afternoon! I am writing to file a complaint regarding a young woman who works at the Häagen-Dazs in the Mall at Millenia. At 1:40 PM, I was served by Yameliey—who, I might add, always mocks me whenever I go to this store to spend money. She gossips about me with others, laughing and chatting with fellow employees nearby. I actually spoke to the manager about this incident, but she paid no attention to the matter. My name is Julio; I am an English student in Orlando, attending a university that is—by the way—very expensive. I am under no obligation to go eat at the Mall at Millenia only to be consistently mistreated by Yameliey, who always makes fun of me. I am an Instagram blogger with over 300,000 views on my posts. I intend to post about this young woman's poor service and bad attitude—she is constantly snickering and talking about me with other staff members. I am fed up with this situation. I also plan to publish her name and details of the poor service in local Orlando newspapers. I really like Häagen-Dazs; the ice cream is delicious. I am a frequent customer and a VIP member who always gets a 20% discount; I spend a lot of money there. I am going to tell my friends to stop visiting and spending money at this store because of Yameliey; she is a gossip and does not know how to handle customer service. I apologize for the trouble, but the service I receive from her is consistently terrible. There are many people who need and want to work; she is simply not cut out for a job involving customer service. Sincerely,

  Bella and Richard are the ones to help us today. They were patient, helped us make the best decision of what we want. Gave us a sample, and even helped us sign up for rewards and a free mini cup. It was a great experience and I can say I will be coming back because of them.
