  I’m honestly addicted to the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle flavor, and this visit was even better thanks to Rex! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. His positive attitude made buying my favorite ice cream an even more enjoyable experience. Great customer service really makes a difference, and Rex definitely went above and beyond.

  Extremely disappointing service. I waited a long time in line to order a simple coffee, and when it was finally my turn to pay, the register wasn’t working. I ended up waiting nearly 10 more minutes while they tried to fix it. I offered to pay with Apple Pay, but the machine wouldn’t accept it. The employee (named “Best”) refused to let me keep the coffee, even after I explained that I work in the mall and could easily come back to pay once the system was working. Instead, I had to leave without the coffee after all that time waiting. It’s very frustrating that there was no flexibility or understanding for such a small purchase. Definitely not fair and a very poor customer service experience. 😡
