The service was great, the waitress was wonderful and very attentive. The bathrooms were clean. The pizza was pretty good, but not the best I've tasted. The price wasn't bad at all. I would come here again.

Server was very inflexible with me adding extra toppings to their lunch special pizza, even though I said I'd gladly pay for the extra toppings. Due to his inflexability, I left without ordering and went to Pizza Hut who gladly allowed me to add extra toppings to their lunch special for an additional fee. That's how you conduct business! That Orlando Giordano's is never full; guess I now know why. They'll never see my face again.

Plenty of workers visable in the back, but not one came to the front. One lady mentioned that she was trying to call to place an order for pickup, bu5 unsuccessful. This isnt the giordanos experience we are use to and we disappointed. You can do better.
- KHKaila HartJul 9, 20265.0I placed an online order for a pizza this past Sunday, July 5th, and unfortunately when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that they didn't make our pizza. The issue was that the kitchen combined two orders and made one pizza. The pizzas at this restaurant take 30-40 minutes to make, so I had already planned my evening around picking up this pizza. Of course I was frustrated, so I asked to speak with a manager. Sophia was the manager on duty and she went above and beyond to make this mistake right. She refunded me my money spent, as well as made me a fresh pizza. The only downside is that I had to wait 30 more minutes for the corrected order. All in all, this is what excellent customer service looks like. I'm grateful for Sophia and her team. I will definitely be back!

The house salad was really good and packed with fresh veggies, though the dressing was a bit too sour and heavy on the lemon. I enjoyed the veggie pizza, but the broccoli was mostly flavorless stems instead of florets. Still very tasty. My husband loved the meat pizza. It was full of meat, and he was full by the second slice! Our son's steak sandwich was stuffed full of meat, and adding the waiter's suggestion of bell peppers was a massive hit. Great service and a good meal overall!
