  Amazing Chicago style pizza! This is no flimsy fold in half NY type pizza, this is a big adult sized stuffed pizza that will satisfy even the biggest appetite! We have literally driven an hour out of our way to get this pie and of course bring one home.

  We used to loved to come eat at Giordanos but the last 3 times we didn't had a good experience. This last time my wife found a hair in the marinara sauce, the calamari where freezer burn and old, then the second one they brought where hard and very rubbery. The pizza wasn't as good as used to be.

  I came here to order a deep dish pizza to go for my partner at home and was a little shocked that it would take an hour to make. Wasn't a huge deal I was just shocked it took that long. I just sat in the car for an hour, the guy who took my order was very sweet he's awesome, he was pretty patient and understanding. Environment stunk of cheese n grease and it made me queasy immediately upon walking in, like I literally gagged/dry heaved into my hand. Thats why I ended up waiting it out in the car, not too bad a place though, id probably come if I was craving a pizza or something!

  Honestly it hurts to give this a 3. Pizza was amazing as well as the sandwich. I would highly recommend picking it up cause delivery sucks. When I placed the order online it said an hour but didn’t receive for 2.5. Called to see where it was and they acted like they could care less. Like I said, great food, terrible service.

  Was excited to try this place and ordered online to pick up later. I ordered a half and half with the toppings. The problem I was having was it wasn’t letting me spread my half portions of topping across the pizza. At any pizza place if I ordered half portions they’d ask if I wanted it on one side or all over still. I put in the notes online that I’d like the topping spread throughout and then I called IMMEDIATELY after submitting the order. I explained to the hostess that answered and ask if she’d please notify the bakers. She first misunderstood seeming to think I was trying to get extra topping for half the price and said It’d be an extra charge. I explained again (half portion amount, spread across). Sounding annoyed she said “let me ask” I could hear her talking to the staff. She came back shortly after and said they said no and that they already put it in the oven. In a rude and rather snarky tone might I add… I said that’s alright and I appreciate her asking. The deep dish pizza was really good. I really didn’t appreciate the attitude I got for asking a simple question that’s not a problem with any other pizza business. I also think the pizza already being in the oven already was also a lie. It’s not impossible, but if they had it in the oven already this would be about 2 minutes after I hit submit. They ignored my request twice while being rude about it. I gave it 3 stars because the food was really good and maybe they just had a bad day and normally treat people better. My wife heard the whole conversation as well and thought the same thing so I’m not alone in this. If the staff could accommodate or at least respect their customers this would be a 5 star review.
