I had only had the Giordano's in Chicago before so I was curious how it was going to taste outside of the windy city. Much to my surprise, I was not disappointed!! It tasted the same (which is amazing). If you've never had Chicago style deep dish you have to try it. It's a whole experience. Highly Recommend!

Avoid this location specifically! The first time I went here was back mid March. We were seated at a DIRTY table, there were 4 people in the party…one of those being a child.
I now just tried to order a pizza through Uber. This location has it in the Uber settings that THEY deliver the pizza. When I called because I never got an update, and found my pizza sitting outside and now COLD, I was told that Uber delivers if it’s outside of their delivery range. If it’s an Uber delivery, it needs to be STRICTLY UBER that delivers so customers get the update.
As someone who love Giordornos because the pizza reminds me of home, I will go out of my way to go to the other location off of Apopka-Vineland toward Disney Springs…even those this location is closer.

Love this restaurant! The pizza is always consistent and fresh. We got a 12" double pepperoni for 3 people and we couldn't finish it. We also got the appetizer sampler and absolutely loved it, the tomato bruschetta was my favorite! Our waiter was great, he kept our cups filled, served our pizza and even boxed it up at the end. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Giordano's has been a lifelong food for me as it has been around my entire adult years. I consider Giordano's to be the best pizza in Chicago, which is a big deal. This time however, it's different. I live in Orlando, Florida now, and this is the worst hospitality I've ever experienced, and definitely the worse branch ever. The service was absolute zero, and the food is cold every time I order I wait not shorter than a TWO HOUR WAITING, which is not what they promote. The lady that answers when you call to ask where your order is is always the same person, always rude, as if I owe her something. She says that the order left with the delivery company so it's not her problem and it's not her job to contact them or find out where my order went. This has been FOUR TIMES. You'd think I learned my lesson, but honestly I was just hoping they would be professional. THEN.. I finally went to corporate and made an official complaint, but I never heard from them. So this company can go blow off. There's no person that should pay that kind of serious money for a pizza that you have to wait TWO hours for, and then start calling, get treated like you don't matter, and then eat your cold pizza (which is disgusting). Shame on this company.

I haven't been here in a while but we consider it a treat once and awhile so it was time. I decided to try the Italian Beef arancini which was pretty good. I'll definitely get it again. My son kept his deep dish simple with just cheese. I had sausage and half green pepper. I would have liked more green pepper but it was still good. Now. What upset us and convinced me to not come back to this location is this;
My son came out with the two pizzas and a bag. I assumed the arancini was in the bag, as I'm talking to him, I'm opening the bag and reaching into the bag when I look and see that it's fries. So just before I actually touched the fries, I pulled my hand out and a gentleman is at my windows saying I have the wrong bag. So I hand it back to him and my son followed him back into the restaurant. My son said the gentleman handed the bag of fries to a customer and then went and got my order to give to him. Now, maybe it's different here, but I was always told that's an absolute no, no. My hand was literally inside the bag, and even if it wasn't, it had been in my vehicle and therefore compromised. At the very least either leave the bag or throw it all away. I don't feel comfortable with that decision and I won't return to that location if that's how they conduct business.
