  I visited this place for the first and I was impressed! I tried the chicken wrap. it was phenomenal! Healthy and tasty! I will definitely visit again.

  One glove to rule them all..... While the food was ok, it was disheartening to watch the server wear the same glove to work the cashier, clean the counter, touch your bread, and everything else.... Nice friendly worder but definitely needs more hygiene training.

  I recently visited Fresh&Co at Sandlake Road in Plaza Venezia and wanted to share my experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and clearly eager to help customers, which I genuinely appreciated. However, I did notice a concerning issue with food handling practices. The same gloves were used continuously—handling cashier transactions, cleaning, and then preparing food—without being changed in between tasks. For food safety and hygiene, it would be important for staff to change gloves after each non-food-related interaction, especially after handling payments, before preparing food. I hope this feedback helps improve an otherwise positive customer experience.

  Great place for some healthier options. Had the seasonal strawberry schnitzel and it was very tasty, fresh, and satisfying. Will be back.

  Awesome food and very large selection of options from salads to bowls to sandwiches. The food is true to its name and definitely taste fresh. The dressings are also a hit out of the park! Highly recommend checking this place out
