I love Five Guys, the burger was absolutely deliciously juicy and the cajun fries have the perfect amount of seasoning. The strawberry milkshake was an excellent choice to level out all the savory flavors. Customer service was good, they recently added the self order kiosk which made ordering pretty easy. Will definitely come back!!! Good job Five Guys team!

The blonde employee working behind the counter was consistently rude and dismissive throughout our visit. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, and when it arrived, our order wasn't even correct. We had nearly finished eating before realizing our shakes had never been brought out. We had to go back to the counter and ask for them, and I'm not sure we would have received them if we hadn't. When we asked about the shakes, the employee was rude, remained rude while handing them to us, and then sarcastically yelled, "Goodbye!" as we walked out the door. I understand that mistakes happen, but poor customer service and disrespect toward customers are unacceptable. I hope management addresses both the service and professionalism at this location.

She helped me understand how the ordering-pickup system worked, and helped me with a little mix-up on my milkshake. Not only was this so impressively helpful, but it being during a busy holiday time was even more impressive. Trudy showed such careful supervision over the restaurant to ensure that all of us guest were well cared for. She also was non-stop cleaning, which was so amazing as well! Thank you, Trudy! She deserves a huge raise and acknowledgements.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
