Now they just put in kiosks so you do the same thing that you do at every overpriced fast food joint. Tap your order and wait with no human interaction except now the gimmick where you watch them in the kitchen feels out of place Just another million dollar business ruined by corporate greed removing workers for better margins. They didn't decrease the prices to reflect how much they save on having one or two fewer workers now btw. They just overwork the two in the kitchen instead

- MMMatt_XCVApr 16, 20261.0They took my order then told me that the register isn’t working at the moment but they are making the food and getting the manager to help process the payment after waiting a long time the manager told me they can’t process any payments only cash and if I don’t have any cash they can’t help me so I asked why would they make me wait and tell me they are going to make the food and he proceeded to try convincing me that they didn’t make the food but I watched them cook it then told me ok they made the burgers but not the toppings so he couldn’t help me so I appreciate the experience thank you.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
