  Food was very good. Unfortunately we had a negative experience ordering, I believe her name was Kuamaine, she didn’t say a word to us the entire time we ordered, never smiled , never asked what we wanted. I’m not the type to complain typically but this left a very sour taste in my mouth. I’ve never had an experience like this where my order taker never said a word to me. I understand maybe having a bad day but that doesn’t validate acting the way she did. I did speak with the manager who was very understanding but as he was talking with her about it I actively watched her roll her eyes.

  The place was busy yet my food didn't take long to come out . Everything was delicious and made the way I requested.

  Le doy 4 estrellas porque las papas que nos dieron no estaban buenas, eran como café por dentro, de esas que salen malas, la hamburguesa con 3 carnes muy buena, mis expectativas eran mas altas pero buenl, estan ricas, el lugar un poco sucio el personal muy serio a excepción de 1 que te hacía la noche, no recuerdo el nombre pero quw agradable chico... de pronto nos hizo un espectáculo, hablaba muy fuerte y bailo e interactuaba con los clientes y la verdad nos sacó las sonrisas a muchos!! Que bonito carácter de chico, ojala todos los negocios tuvieran a alguien asi... Solo por él volvía

  Overview Having dined at many Five Guys locations over the years, this particular visit was unfortunately our least favorite. While it wasn't terrible, it fell far short of the standard we expect from the chain—landing somewhere in the realm of mediocre and leaving us feeling like it simply wasn't worth the price tag. The Breakdown Food Quality: The burger was noticeably dry and lacked the juicy, freshly made flavor Five Guys is usually known for. Honestly, the overall profile felt much closer to a fast-food drive-thru like McDonald's than a premium burger joint. Service & Wait Time: Service was on the slower side, leading to a long wait for what ultimately turned out to be an average meal. Value for Money: At around $18 for a burger and fries, the quality just didn't justify the cost. When compared to cheaper alternatives—like Dairy Queen, which delivers a surprisingly solid burger in half the time for half the price—this location just didn't stack up. The Bottom Line If this had been our very first Five Guys experience, we probably wouldn't go back. Given the high price point and long wait, you expect top-tier quality, but this location delivered a baseline fast-food outcome at a premium price.

  Visitamos este lugar y la verdad fue de las peores experiencias que tuvimos. Desde que entramos olía horrible, el lugar super sucio, un ambiente feo. Decidimos quedarnos porque teníamos hambre y manejamos bastabte para ir ahí, las hamburguesas no fueron increíbles,a como ellos dicen que son y a la hamburguesa de la amiga de mi hija no le colocaron el pan de arriba. Definitivamente un lugar al cual no regresaremos, ni lo recomiendo. Olvide anotar super, super caro para lo que es.
