The young gentleman behind the counter came over and helped me with the drink machine. Food was made exactly as ordered and was tasty... very tasty. Fries were abundant and hot, burger was perfect.

Ordered food for delivery, driver gets there and I noticed the driver was waiting for approximately 30 mins even though when the driver arrived it said it was supposedly wrapping up the order at initial arrival. Driver leaves after 30 mins and cancelled picking up the order. Called the store and spoke to alleged mgr who advised they seen my order and it was cooking and it would be done in 2 mins and that they were very busy. New driver is enroute and it’s still saying wrapping up order. Decided not to say anything to the new driver to see if what the mgr said was true. Driver arrives and texts immediately that they told her they just started cooking the order! All screen recorded so I could get my money back. As a result, I cancelled the order immediately. The fact you had to lie to your customer for a simple burger and small fries is crazy work. Thank god I screen recorded everything. Don't even bother responding bc all you’re going to do is lie anyway. Best advice to everyone at this location get out the food/retail/service industry this is not for you, it showed! The franchise flagship management (Daniel Taylor) director of franchise operations needs to be made aware of how your franchise is operating! The worst never again!
