  Very disappointing customer service experience. I went to Five Guys around 1:00 PM on October 2, 2026. I originally planned to order using the self-service computers, but they were all occupied, so I decided to order with the cashier instead. Unfortunately, the cashier was extremely rude and impatient throughout the entire interaction. When I ordered a burger, she asked what I wanted on it. I didn’t hear her clearly, so I politely asked her to repeat herself. Instead of simply repeating the question, she responded in a rude tone, saying that she couldn’t know what I wanted on my burger and that I needed to tell her. I continued with my order, but the same attitude happened again when I ordered another item. When I ordered the fries, she again asked what size I wanted in a very rude and impatient manner, making the entire experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. I understand that employees need to ask customers what they want on their food and what size they prefer. That is completely normal. The problem was the way she communicated with me. There was no patience or basic courtesy, and I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience simply for asking questions and placing my order. I don’t know the employee’s name, but this happened around 12:59 PM on October 2, 2026. I hope management reviews what happened and addresses the customer service issue. I have no problem with the food itself, but the way I was treated by that girl was unacceptable. I am attaching a copy of my receipt so management can identify which employee was handling my order at that time.

  The lady by the entrance was very sweet. I believe that she was the manager or the owner. Amazing job!

  Staff seriously need trained in customer service. We were 'served' by Jonathan B' (the name on the receipt number 29) almost through the order and someone cleared the screen. When we said so we have to go through it again, it was repeated sarcastically. Asked for a bottle of water but there wasn't any. I was waiting to be offered but had to ask for some tap water. The server frowned & gave the smallest they could. I asked a colleague for some more and saw the original server smirked - got another tiny glass ... and the hot dog was rotten, soggy and tasteless

  Today we bought a burger at this burger place and were treated really poorly by the one employee wearing a black shirt. Totally rude, disrespectful. All the other employees did a great job, the burger was extremely delicious. The staff worked like never before, the cleanliness they maintain in the kitchen is remarkable, since I was here watching everything. But what fell short was one single employee, who made jokes and belittled customers, not just my family, but everyone else who came in too. This damages the company’s reputation — aside from that, everything was perfect and clean.
