- ADAndressa DoriniAug 5, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Five Guys location. We ordered a large fries, and this was by far the smallest “large” fries I’ve ever received at Five Guys. I’ve been to other Five Guys locations many times, and the portions are always very generous, especially when ordering a large. When we asked the employee if this was really the large size, he responded very rudely instead of simply explaining or checking the order. This happened on August 4th around 9:30 PM. For the price Five Guys charges, I expected the usual portion and, at the very least, respectful customer service. Unfortunately, we received neither.
