- KCKatharine CouchJul 8, 20261.0Disappointed I came in this mall from out of town I’m from Vegas I asked for my burger to be put in a bowl with my bread seperate I have severe stomach issues when eating stuff with too much grease so I ask for a little hamburger but I wanted the patty in a bowl bread on the side to squeeze the grease out when I asked for that she walked up to the general manager wearing the black five guys collar shirt they proceed to say if people have stomach problems why are they eating out the cashier says “that part” which is completely inappropriate I shouldn’t be harassed about my health I’m a human that wants to eat I love five guys back home but this location ? I wouldnt recommend I got treated like shit and logically I was being extra nice because I could’ve asked the kitchen to do the extra for me and I didn’t treat people better !

I picked nearly every topping for my burgers but only received tomato and lettuce in each burger. It took this restaurant 1.5 hours before my $67 order was ready for pickup. Multiple Uber drivers were dispatched and had to cancel because the order wasn’t ready. I’ll never order from this location again.
