- JSJohn SmithSep 19, 20264.0Shoutout to the crew on the night of 9/18/26 for handling the large amount of orders on BOGO burger day in a professional manner the best way they could. You guys were clearly working hard and kept your cool on the outside while having to deal with angry, noisy customers and constant phone calls during a promotion that should have been handled better by your upper management. Special shoutout to Ciara(?), the girl out front who was managing calls and talking to customers about their orders while being very polite and friendly despite having to answer the stupidest questions known to man. No shoutout to Trent (the balding guy in red on the left), who failed to realize that he isn't owed a free burger and quicker service no matter how many times he talks down to the staff while being mad about not getting his food on time during a clearly stressful night for the restaurant ("it's not your fault guys, but time is money"). Hopefully he learns to cook at home instead of being a pain to everyone he talks to, but it's clear that he's never worked a day in food service. I hope I share this sentiment with the staff who obviously could not talk back to him but would have probably appreciated him keeping his mouth shut. The food was alright.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
