This past Saturday was especially good, not just because of the delicious food, but because of Virginia. She was not only our cashier, but she also delivered the food and came around with the oh-so-amazing bread basket. She was very busy, but managed all of those tasks with everyone in the restaurant with a smile, positive energy and brief conversation; all the while never making any other customer wait for what they needed. She is soon going to be a trainer and she will be perfect in the role. This store is fortunate to have her and was smart to put her in her new role so new employees can be trained by someone who exudes excellent customer service!!

She made sure we were well taken care of. She always greats us with a smile and makes us feel welcomed. She’s the reason we come back. We love the food here and I always have enough to take home for my lunch the next day.

I drive 1.5 hours to eat here, would love a Fazzolis in Palm Bay/Melbourne again! Since we enjoy our experience here we'll keep driving the 1.5 hours until Fazzolis comes back to our city.

Everything was just what I was looking for in a quick and satisfying meal. What really made the visit special was the excellent customer service, especially from Virginia. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made me feel very well taken care of. Great food and outstanding service—thank you, Virginia, for making my experience even better! I’ll definitely be coming back. ❤️

She was attentive to our needs including offering to refill our bread bowl when she noticed it was close to being empty. Toward the end of the visit, I approached Jackie at the counter to facetious ask if, "like a similar restaurant that serves pasta and breadsticks, they had those Andes mints to go" and she said unfortunately there were no Sweets but offered me a free Brownie instead. It was definitely above and beyond guest service and made the experience a fantastic example of your restaurant which I hope to frequent more in the future!
