  I would say this is a typical airport rush job breakfast, eggs were premade and reheated same with some.non crispy bacon. Bagels themself were not bad helped them get to 3 stars, not so much bagel like but more like a soft bread.covered in cheese(the 6 cheese bagel). Customers here were worst part of the experience.

  Tried to use my birthday reward at this restaurant and was told it is not accepted because it is a third party restaurant (aka not a real Einstein bagels). I don’t understand how you can put your brand on a restaurant and 1. Not serve the brand and 2. not honor offers that also have the brand on it. The food was also terrible (because it’s not the actual brand). I later found out they don’t take offers at any airport, medical or college/university campuses meaning they have the brand name but aren’t the real restaurant. Very misleading. Nurses/pilots won’t be able to use offers or get the real brand because of our lines of work and these locations are third parties. Thanks for nothing. Spent way too much money on food marketed as food it is not and wouldn’t have if I wasn’t given a birthday reward that I couldn’t even use. Happy birthday and nurses week I guess, not, because they don’t accept birthday offers or offers at airports or medical locations. Both of which I frequent.

  I guess Einstein Brothers are not related to Albert. It’s not that hard to make a toasted bagel with butter. What a slathering, dripping mess.

  On April 5th at approximately 1:40 PM, my husband purchased two turkey bacon avocado sandwiches. Unfortunately, the service he received from the cashier was unacceptable. He was charged for two sandwiches totaling $30, but after a long wait, he only received one. When he inquired about the second sandwich, the cashier asked another staff member to prepare it. However, her coworker stated that the order had not been written correctly. At no point did he receive an apology, and he did not feel treated with respect throughout the interaction.

  ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE SERVICE – PURE TORTURE Paid for bagel + coffee. Waited 15 minutes. Received absolutely nothing. Flight boarding announced—had to sprint to the gate hungry and furious. Third time this month they’ve taken 10+ minutes on a basic order. Used to love their bagels. Now I genuinely hate this place. Inexcusable slowness in an airport. Avoid this disaster at all costs. 0/10.
