  Caraline (sorry if i misspelled) was beyond amazing!! Super personable gave me a fantastic recommendation convinced my boo to get a drink after he was certain he didn’t want one. She was so nice I loved the stickers and our farmers market chat. Plus the cute bags!!! I’d also like to mention she knew the customer behind us by name and I find this type of customer service so rare in the world Fantastic job to the Dutch bros team and a major shout out for caraline for making my first impression of Dutch bros memorable.

  Great experience at this Dutch Bros, came to Florida for vacation. We had never been before & were extremely pleased by the hospitality here. Very patient, and helpful staff every time we went.

  Tired of getting a different drink every time Lol. I ask for the same thing, the same way and clarify it with worker. Consistency became an issue, so I proceeded to bring it up. Was then told "they'll always remake it" The last 3 times I've came through they had to be fixed. So I continue to have to wait at the window as well as people behind me because it had to be remade. It's nothing special. Mad moose drink, iced large mocha latte, soft top, no caramel, drizzle on the cup. Like at this point I feel like I'm getting trolled. There's no way an establishment that presents itself as professional and reliable continues to just throw out random drinks. Same reason I stopped going to dunkin because a bunch of teens just make the drinks to their choosing and every time it was a gamble how it would taste. This has now become the same. I am not one to push and I don't believe it's my job to ask it to be remade every time because it cannot be ticketed and passed along properly. Or maybe it's training. Also no straw half the time

  Don’t waste your time ordering ahead. They’ll never have it ready for when you get there. I order 30 minutes before I arrive and it’s never ready every single time. If you have like 10-15 minutes to spare by standing around and waiting for your coffee then I guess this is the spot for your. Goodluck

  Carly is absolutely amazing! She truly goes above and beyond so welcoming, attentive, and patient with every question and detail of my order. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving the best experience possible. She brings such a positive energy to this place and really makes this location stand out. It’s rare to find someone who puts that level of care into customer service. The whole team is great. I’ll always be coming back for the good vibes!
