  This Location Was My First Dutch Bros Experience & It Was A Great One! They Were Very Social With Is When They Were Looking For Our Mobile Order & It’s Nice When People Aren’t Dry The Drinks Also Turned Out Great Although Very Sugary To Say The Least But No Complaints At All 🙂

  My kids saw a video on social media about Dutch Bros and would not stop talking about it, so I finally decided to take them to try it out. When we arrived, the place was absolutely packed—the line was wrapped around like they were giving away money! The setup is a lot like Chick-fil-A, with a ton of traffic but great efficiency because they have staff outside walking the lines to take your order ahead of time. If it's your first time, the menu can be a bit confusing and overwhelming. Once you analyze it for a minute, you realize just how many options they have—everything from energy drinks to classic coffees. Just a heads up if you are watching your sugar intake: the vast majority of their signature menu items are incredibly sweet. Luckily, if you are health-conscious, you can still customize your order. I got a Nitro Cold Brew with a shot of protein milk and no sugar, and it was excellent. We did run into a small issue at checkout when they accidentally confused our order with someone else's, which added about 10 minutes to the wait. However, the girls working outside handled it flawlessly. They were incredibly nice, sorted it out seamlessly, and even gave us one of the drinks for free to make up for the hassle. Great customer service, the kids loved the hype, and the staff really knows how to take care of people. We'll definitely be back!

  I hate to do it but I was super disappointed. I placed a mobile order this morning at 9:12am for it to be expected by 9:20am I’m ok waiting a bit if needed but the girl at the front around 9:30am made my experience terrible. At first she says they are making it to wait on the side which if fine. Then I see three mobile orders get their stuff and I’m still waiting. I notice she pops her head out and says “you’re Ethan right?” I told her clearly my name and that it was not that. At this points she continues to gaslight me that they are making the drink when she then says that it got lost somehow and they are gonna make it again. I asked her to cancel because I have work to go to and I don’t want to be late and that is the purpose of ordering ahead. Guess what … the drink was in their little refrigerator the entire time. She realizes this and the best part is she never even apologized for anything. Just looked away and probably laughed. Really messed up my day and I really don’t write reviews.

  Very good quality coffee. Came here in the morning to get some coffee to go and it was busy but they had a quick process to get your order in. I got a couple different coffees and everyone loved it. It was kind of pricey though.

  So for those that don’t know about Dutch, you’re missing out. Honestly better drinks and more affordable than that Seattle based chain. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location. This one in particular is wonderful because it is not that far from Walt Disney World and has some of the nicest people. Tonight a little delay because, well training new employees. But we all start somewhere. So many different options for drinks, and food.
