    Dutch bros is my go to place for coffee and drinks in general. After the first time they got me, not only because of the drinks (which in my personal opinion is better than others) but for the customer service, genuinely so nice and welcoming and friendly. Max loves it, he always gets a cup and a treat, not only that he gets attention and compliments which he loves it. Hear me out, need to bring back the lemon cake and also, open a location near downtown Orlando.

    I started my evening running ahead of schedule. Early is on time, on time is late, and late is dead, as they say. My plan was to grab a tea for me and my pal, then go play a small role in said pal's FBI film project. Turns out that role would involve a LOT of running, and my signature Midnight Black Tea got me through every sprint. 10/10, no notes, every time. Love you, Dutch Bros. NOW. Being early was a nice streak while it lasted, because I pulled up and there was Dalton, owner, operator, and manager, wearing a shark hat. Not a casual little shark-patch beanie. A gray mesh trucker cap with a FULL rubber great white lunging out of the side, mouth wide open, rows of teeth, a dorsal fin on top, and a tail sticking out the other side. It's a shark that has committed to the bit, and so has he. I love sharks. I gasped. I think I said "no" out loud, in a good way. The first mistake was pulling up. The second mistake was making eye contact with that shark. And the third mistake was realizing the guy underneath it was not bad-looking at all. I took photos at multiple angles, as one does. We talked about the hat. How much it cost. Whether it was worth it (it was). His dad told him NOT to buy it, which, as Dalton put it, made him want it even more, because we all love to annoy our parents a little. Then he made the shark TALK. The shark was mean. The shark had opinions. I laughed so hard I had to put the car in park. I stayed longer than planned, and it was worth every extra minute. Then he honored my coupon like it was nothing, like a hero, like a man with a fin on his head and nothing to prove. When asked about my evening plans as a casual fugitive from the FBI, we agreed unanimously that this is perfect icebreaker lore material. I've never been so validated. I'm now realizing this could all be a calculated business tactic. Give the people a shark. Give the people a smile. Give the people a discount. They will return. More customers will show up for the shark. More teas will be sold. More people will stay at the window a little too long. Diabolically brilliant. (OR... he's just a cute AND hilarious guy who loves a bit. I'd prefer to believe in good things, so I'll just say it's both.) Personally, I recommend Dutch Bros put that shark on the brochure, on the cups, and possibly on a billboard. Who needs a windmill when there's a rubber shark hat? Think of the merch sales. BUT I have unfinished business, and it's this: the shark has not been named. I will be back. For the shark, of course. The charming staff is a happy coincidence. I'm invested. The sassy shark hat MUST be christened. Taking name options to bring back with me so please feel free to suggest. Best Dutch Bros experience ever, and Dutch Bros was already the best. I came for the tea, but I'm staying for the fin-ale. Stay jaw-some. šŸ¦ˆ

    I absolutely love this location. Not only are the drinks and food always amazing, but it's the staff who truly makes the experience for me every time. I can't help but leave with a smile on my face every time I go. It's like it must be a requirement to be a really awesome human being in order to work there, because every single team member I have encountered, every interaction, has been overwhelming positive. They are incredibly kind, helpful, enthusiastic, polite, and have shining personalities. Props to the hiring manager and trainer too, I'm sure! I had never been to a Dutch Bros before this location popped up, but now I'm hooked. Those other coffee chains have nothing on them!

    My experience was flawless. I love Dutch Bros and recently relocated to Florida. I visited on a Friday at around 9:30 pm. The line was full, but I still got my drink almost immediately! I bought an Aftershock with sweet cream, whipped cream, and sprinkles. I love how Dutch can turn an ordinary experience into something whimsical and fun. The girl taking orders was also incredibly sweet and polite.
