    Great staff, Great products, but the drive through is a disaster. Cars just come around and cut a line of cars and its just normal. Kinda ridiculous and makes you wonder why keep coming. Should be first come first served. One lane should be blocked off until an employee comes to open it and then everyone is helped first

    Everyone here, any time any day of the week is super wonderful and polite. They always make this old lady feel fun and never make me like I am bothering them like some places in Florida do. Super thankful for the kindness they show my kids and the drinks always consistent! Oh, and they are super knowledgeable about all of their products! Never fails.

    My wife and I stopped by Dutch Bros on 10/1/2026 around 4 PM. She had really been looking forward to getting one of the straw toppers, but we weren’t able to make it on the original day. I got the seasonal Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée Iced Latte, and my wife got her favorite, the Cookie Butter Blended Freeze. Both were SO good! What really made the visit special was when I asked if they had any straw toppers left, just hoping we might get lucky. Unfortunately, they were already out, BUT one of the employees actually offered to give us their own! That honestly made our day. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly, but that was such a great example of going above and beyond for a customer. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us and really stood out. I wish I had gotten the names of the guys who helped us, but I wanted to give them a shoutout anyway. You guys were awesome! YOU GUYS ROCK! 💙☕️

    I always enjoy the drink I get but the wait times are getting longer and longer. Many times, I get to the window and see crew standing around and laughing. I don’t get any level of sense of urgency. I enjoy the product but the experience needs improvement.

    I’m at this specific location at least once a week, and I have always had a great interaction with every staff member. I would like to recognize Phebe (I apologize if I spelt that wrong) for taking the extra time out of her day to speak to me after having a rough week & feeling very down. She made my day after having what seems to be the toughest week, and it was so nice to see kind hearted people, go beyond just their “job duties”. Thank you all for what you do!!
