Worst service at an establishment ever. I placed a mobile order for a dozen and a half dozen of donuts and a box of coffee on May 13th for pick up at 7:10 on May 14th. I showed up at 7:20, knowing that it usually takes extra time, only to find the order wasn’t even started. Only one person was working the whole store. At 7:35, I asked about the status of my order and was met with a blank stare and “uhhhh…”. I asked if maybe I could help and he said he’d start my order. I was given three boxes of half dozen donuts with no bag to carry them- the employee said they were out of bags, even though stacks of them were behind him. I let that go and explained that I had an 8am conference and needed to get going. At 7:47, I was given four large black coffees, which the employee said were “equivalent to a box of coffee”. Dumbfounded, I said, “I can’t serve this to a group” and requested it be taken off my bill since I didn’t accept it. The employee said they would reimburse me for the box of coffee. I was late to the conference I was hosting, had no coffee, and still paid for coffee that I did not receive, since it is now May 21 and I still have not been reimbursed. I have filed THREE complaints with the Dunkin website and have received no response. Avoid this location at all costs. And if you do go there and have an issue, don’t expect any assistance from Dunkin is making it right.

I had coffee there in the morning and unfortunately i was confronted with a middle aged hard of hearing man who kept on saying 'what 'as he was closing on me... i think he was just pretending he can't hear me ... he was from the company ICA.. sort of as he signald a girl in all black clothing to put her purse toward my coffee that was at the counter.. not sure what chemical reaction can occur when coffee is exposed to a certain chemical compound or color or oderless gas.. but she ruind my coffee.. not gonna expand on this because Dunkin corporation is not at fault but here is what i researched. Coffee can become harmful or poisonous in a few ways, but not from normal brewing itself. Here are the main chemical or contamination-related situations: 1. Mold toxins (mycotoxins) If coffee beans are stored badly in humid conditions, molds such as Aspergillus can grow and produce toxins like: Ochratoxin A Aflatoxins These compounds can be harmful to the kidneys and liver in large amounts. Commercial coffee is usually tested and regulated to keep levels low. 2. Burning or overheating coffee If coffee beans are roasted excessively or coffee is scorched, chemical reactions such as pyrolysis can produce unwanted compounds: Acrylamide Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) Acrylamide forms naturally during high-temperature roasting through the Maillard reaction between sugars and amino acids. Extremely high exposure may increase cancer risk over long periods, though normal coffee consumption is generally considered safe. 3. Contaminated water or equipment Coffee can become dangerous if brewed with: Water contaminated with heavy metals, bacteria, or chemicals Dirty machines growing bacteria or mold Toxic cleaning chemicals left in the machine 4. Intentional adulteration A poisonous substance could be added deliberately, such as: Methanol Ethylene glycol Toxic plants or drugs Cyanide compounds Those are not reactions inside coffee itself, but contamination. 5. Caffeine overdose Very concentrated coffee or added caffeine powder can cause caffeine toxicity: rapid heartbeat seizures dangerously high blood pressure Extremely high doses can be fatal. Normal brewed coffee from reputable sources is generally safe. There is no ordinary brewing reaction that suddenly turns standard coffee poisonous under normal kitchen conditions. These kind of behavior is unacceptable.. all I told him was that a Robot vacuum at the airport called me by my name which was a joke.. kind of a true 🤥 lie.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my life and I’m at Dunkin 6 days a week for the past 6 years. What a disgrace. One employee working, no small cups, no bagels, no decaf😂😂😂 like what in the world are you guys doing over here tighten up. And the employee who was working there is rude and extremely unprofessional. I was reading the other comments and I seen this same type of stuff being written in these reviews for months. Why is nothing being done? I was also at this same location and the experience was just as horrible. Only reason I came here was because there was no parking at the other one. Incompetent and rude employees shouldn’t be ruining such a good brand.
