Equipment would frequently be out of order, staff not as friendly as most other locations.

It's been a while since I had dunkin and this is just many reasons why. I was excited a friend gave me a gift card to dunkin a month ago so I decided to use it today. Knowing how Im always getting disappointed in the past, I said let's give it a shot. And as predicted, the coffee was nice and hot so I let it sit a bit. I took a zip and it taste like water with a splash of caffeine and caramel. I add a bit of sugar not that I wanted to but to give it taste let's see. Stir it up a bit and I begin to hear a noise as if I put a pound of sugar in there, lmao. So I decided to investigate and as I predicted, there was a good amount of ground coffee beans sitting at the bottom. Dunkin just continues to reassure me that I do not need to be ordering coffee from them. Sadly I was looking forward to this cup on this beautiful day. OH WELL 😆 😆 😆

A terrible experience. The energy and unfriendly demeanor of the person serving me left a lot to be desired; they rolled their eyes because they couldn't understand my English—which was perfectly clear. They asked if I wanted any sweetener or sugar in my coffee; initially, I said no, but then I changed my mind—and the angry look they gave me was absolutely shocking. Furthermore, when I asked for a chocolate donut, they told me—using profanity—that it was the *only* thing they had left and that I needed to make up my mind quickly. Everything about the experience was abysmal—which is exactly why they have so few customers.

Workers at drive thru seem unable to take orders. Had to wait ten minutes in drive thru to find out there were no donuts. Did not have any donuts available at 10am

I just left the place today at 9:17 AM… the person working the window has no idea what Customer Service is. I parked far from the window, greeted her politely, and in my greeting said, “You didn’t have to worry about the distance of my car since I intended to reach my things myself by getting out of the car and paying.” No problem, nothing picky, that’s not a problem, because in any scenario if I had needed to move my car to a better position, I would have done it without any problem, if her attitude had been better. Instead, I have a hysterical person with a very unfriendly face and a sign on her face that says, “I hate my job,” who looks me up and down as if I’m nothing to her and says, “What?” I'm not going to serve you if you don't come closer to the window. Move your car because I can't do it like this... He turned around and went back inside. (Wow, what a difficult job... just getting a little closer to the window and speaking with a positive attitude...) I didn't want to catch that depressing energy. I smiled at his manager, who didn't do anything about it, I want to think, because he had no idea what was going on. I simply told them, "You know you guys need to have a better attitude," and left. Anyway, here's your well-deserved review and a little piece of advice: I work in customer service, and it's essential to understand that when you work with the public, you can have the worst day of your life and still treat people with warmth and attention. It's not easy, but it's what you have to do. If your staff can't handle that, they should stick to jobs with zero contact with the world because that's life. Now I understand why the Dunkin' was so empty this morning.
