They have even gave another customer free water and ice one time. Now telling me they are charging fifty cents for it. That is not the case the other days I'm here. It was for fifty cents all the other times. Why mislead people into thinking that is free and isn't.

How is this supposed to help people drive to jobs and not put them in danger. It’s a drive through service for a reason. Take an extra 2 mins to do your job. What’s the point of going through a fast service if they aren’t going to do their jobs.

I go regularly because it’s so close to my job, but I rarely have someone friendly helping me out, and I’m always very nice to everyone. I always get a rude greeting in the drive thru, like “what do you want” vibes. When you get to the window, they just ask your name, hand you the food, and just leave. It’s just like all the workers are so unwelcoming and rude. I always greet them politely and tell them to have a nice day. And a lot of the time the food is burnt. Idk, it’s just so unwelcoming 24/7 and it’s unfortunate.
- MMariana \Sep 21, 20265.0I stopped in for a mobile order today 9/21/26 at 8:40am and the team was exceptional , I can tell it was slammed with orders ,walk-in ,and drive through but they still took the time to greet and and confirm what I was in there for , usually with fast food places I have low expectations especially when it’s as slammed as it was, but the team went above and beyond and still made sure our order were done beyond Dunkin standards, they were friendly as well. I hope Dunkin takes the time to recognize this team appropriately. Because they genuinely didn’t have to go as hard as they did but they did ! and it made my morning all the better
