  I’m not one to write bad reviews, especially for a place where I come to regularly that always has great drinks and customer service. William, one of the newer employees, must have been having a bad day because after I asked if he could remake a drink that was made wrong at a drive thru down the road, he said he could not. Totally understandable. I went ahead and paid for a new drink because we all know a bad coffee makes for a bad day. After paying for it, I asked if I could at least get a pump of caramel added to the other coffee so I could still drink it. He said no, that they could not do that. I then asked if I could get caramel sauce on the side, and he responded with “sorry, cups cost too much.” I even offered to pay for it, so money was clearly not the issue. It was more the attitude toward customers who regularly support and keep the Dunkin open. On top of all that, he handed me a drink that was not even stirred, with all the sauce sitting at the bottom. Come on bro… The rest of the crew is always so kind, which is why I was honestly baffled by his attitude. I’m sorry if it was just a bad day or if he was working a shift alone. I’ve worked at Starbucks and I own a coffee business in South Florida, so I understand there are tough days as a barista. But empathy and basic manners still matter. I genuinely hope his team lead sees this and offers him some support because he seemed overworked and overwhelmed, and unfortunately it was being taken out on customers. I also hope Creative Village Dunkin can better accommodate staffing needs moving forward.

  This aint the right location. Sent me to a gated parking lot to a teco gas building. across the street is a college and across the street on the other side are railroad tracks.

  The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My order always comes out fast and tastes great. Most consistent Dunkin I've been to. Big thanks to the team!

  Consistently, every single time I come here, I have a bad experience. I only come back due to the convenience of the location, but each time I come to this store I leave in a bad mood. The workers do not acknowledge you unless you’re able to get someone’s attention which happens after nearly ten minutes of standing there trying to flag someone down… The lack of service really destroys the entire experience at this store.
