This location also has the great chocolate donuts covered in coconut. The store is also quite new and clean to sit inside.

There was a huge language barrier. They messed up on her order three times. My wife asked the manager if she could make it right Manager hesitated for a while then decided to give her a gift card that was not activated throughout the whole waiting process. She was late for her interview. And what made it worse when she went back to her home city in Florida she tried to use the gift card at a Dunkin’ Donuts that we usually go to on a daily basis when try to use a gift card to pay for her items, the gift card was inactive. There was also a receipt shown that the card wasn’t active, also never received a receipt from the main store in Orlando with the confirmation my wife and myself are very disappointed with Dunkin’ Donuts in Orlando.. how embarrassing and humiliating that feeling was in front of all the customers and employees… I would advise everyone not to spend their legal American tenders there.. very unhappy outcome.
