  When pulled up to pay for my order I was greeted with "$11.46" no greeting no hello. I paid received my order I went to double check the order to find the window slam and for the manger to open the window to ask me do you need something i let her know im checking my order, then she mentoned her time. Either service was bad food and drink was good.

  The young guys attitude was terrible. He was very rude and aggressive. It really upset my 10yr old granddaughter. He took no notice of what we ordered and gave us the wrong items. When we asked him to change it he just through it in the bin . Absolutely shocking . Someone in the queue behind us just turned around and left.

  The bagels are no longer being toasted. They are put in a microwave type machine and they come out as rocks. Very dissapointing.

  The location is very poorly managed from the top down, but like many business they use less personnel and the customer suffers so the business can still generate profit at the consumers expense. I went here and I spent half an hour waiting for a bagel with has browns. The staff is being squeezed and seems disinterested I don't blame them as they are understaffed the gentleman was ringing orders and making the coffees, one drive thru employee and one cook there was a line of customers, mobile orders not done and eat in customers waiting. There shouldn't be that long of a wait for a small order. Management needs to look at how they operate this location, it is entirely to busy to have limited staff. I won't return to this location and would not recommend it ever . By the time I got the food it was cold and I didn't even enjoy it.

  Oh honey, it’s called Dunkin' Donuts, emphasis on donuts, right? But these days, all they got are these teensy-weensy little donuts or maybe it’s just because it’s near closing time. Either way, they've turned into a drink haven with more coffee than actual donuts. The place? Neatly clean, but that’s about it. Just a sea of drinks instead of those glorious donuts we crave. Honestly, they could’ve slapped a new name like Dunkin' Cafe on it, and I would’ve been happier. As for the Glamberry Drink Zero Refresher? Sweetheart, it tastes like cough syrup on steroids. I mean, refreshing... if you love that kind of thing. Overall, I’ll be back, but not eagerly for the donuts.
