It seems the morning crew is more distracted with talking to each other rather then properly delivering food/drinks. Honestly they just need better training. Ty

When I get to the Dunkin donuts they tell me they just have it with sprinkles. Does not make any sense why not have chocolate frosted and add sprinkles if somebody wants them that would make way more sense will not be going to Dunkin donuts here ever again! After writing review I should have read the negative reviews here first before ordering online. I can tell that if the owner cared he would be responding to the reviews and try to fix the problems at his or her business.

The service was disappointing the experience was frustrating, and overall it was absolutely not worth it. I expected much better especially from a location in Avalon Park. I left feeling completely dissatisfied and would not recommend this location based on my experience. Management seriously needs to improve the customer service and overall quality here.
