My frozen coffee is made to perfection every time, sometimes they forget the Carmel drizzle but I honestly don't mind it because my coffee tastes good with or without it❣️❣️☺️

In store orders take forever. I decided to order at the kiosk today because the last time I ordered at the counter they gave me the wrong donuts. I waited over 20 minutes so I went up to the counter to ask. The lady who was up there just asked if I was waiting for something. I told her my order number, which she said she would get to. After waiting even longer, we confronted another employee who said they would get to the order. The donuts were right there so it took him 5 seconds to put them in the box in front of us. He asked us who I asked about my order and when I pointed to her she just told her coworker that she didn’t find my order. She didn’t apologize nor tell me she couldn’t find my order. Also ordered drinks prior to this and each one took 20+ minutes.

Where is Customer Service a 15 minute wait with only two people in front of me for a damn coffee this is very disrespectful to people‘s time and a very dismissive way. Staff unprofessional and combative

People are a joke laughed at me when they inconvenienced me and my daughters order for her birthday and didn’t offer a fix or come back at this time we will have it ready nothing not even a discount embarrassing for this place to be new and in Avalon speaks volume to how the community cares for each other I dislike this area so much just go to a local business owned donut shop who actually care for there clients not to just farm cash and spit people out EMBARRASSING!

Today, March 19, 2026 at 9am was my first time at the Dunkin’ Donuts located in Avalon Orlando, FL and the treatment was really awful!!! The 9am crew there is the poorest expression of at least courtesy and basics in service. As I opened the door and said “good morning, Buen día”, the woman on the front left ASAP beyond my sight. There was a man serving food and I said, “can I ask a question?” He kept serving food with his back at me and rudely yelled, “not now.” I saw he was serving food and no one else was there, so I thought to my self that he was all alone and rushed with online or phone orders. I was hoping that he would answer my question but again he yelled something and pointed to the counter. There was a self order kiosk and I interpreted that he wanted us to register our order request there. But I needed to know about some munchkin donuts “flavor” I had not seen before. At the kiosk my daughter and I were wondering because we wanted to place the order for what we wanted. We entered an order and I told my daughter that we would have to ask about the unlabeled tray after. So I paid at the kiosk and that was it. Then, another employee, a young man entered the establishment and went behind the counter. He saw me standing in front of the counter and stood silent and never ask if we wanted something or was already taken care of. Then out of thin air, from the back of the store the same woman I saw first when we entered the store, came back and said something I did not understand, she grabbed a bag and headed for the munchkins and served something. I spoke to the youn man that she must not have been serving my order because I had a question. So, the woman very unhappily dropped the bag with what she served on the counter and left again while talking something. Then right there, the young man asked me what I wanted and at last 10+ minutes after I stood there, someone wanted to help. Thank God! I asked about the other munchkins and he grabbed a bag to serve my order. I rectified that I only wanted chocolate and regular glazed munchkins. He was already serving blueberry munchkins and as I reaffirmed on my selection he said, “but you said blueberry”, and I replied what my selection was. He was aggravated and dropped the whole thing, went to the counter and gave me what the woman had previously served. I opened the bag, checked the munchkins and left telling my daughter that never ever we would do business there. What a shame for the Dunkin’ Donuts franchise!!!Hey corporate people please address the situation. We the people that do business at your locations keep you guys “going on” if you did not know it. People deserve at least courtesy and that is inexpensive and very basic. I understood that the guy who yelled, yelled again and pointed to the counter, is a manager. The least he could had done was to turn around and just let me ask the simple question of a flavor for a tray of munchkins that was not labeled. Then I would had waited for someone to serve. If the woman did not speak English, when I entered courteously I said, “good morning, buenos días”. I could speak to her. We were the only two customers in the Dunkin’ besides one car outside which left after the young man delivered their order. These people hate their job, or the place or maybe something really bad was going on in there. However, their treatment to us totally lacked the basics of a courteous welcome, respectful care of a customer and serve and dispatch an order in a timely manner. It is a big shame. I will never visit this Dunkin’ location and my daughter told me that she no longer wants her donuts from there. So, off we go from now on! I cannot give any stars to this review except the one that I had to choose in order for the review to open, but the truth is that this place deserves no-stars!!!
