I waited over 20 minutes so I went up to the counter to ask. The lady who was up there just asked if I was waiting for something. I told her my order number, which she said she would get to. After waiting even longer, we confronted another employee who said they would get to the order. The donuts were right there so it took him 5 seconds to put them in the box in front of us. He asked us who I asked about my order and when I pointed to her she just told her coworker that she didn’t find my order. She didn’t apologize nor tell me she couldn’t find my order. Also ordered drinks prior to this and each one took 20+ minutes.
