  I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at this Dunkin. Unfortunately, this location is only a few minutes from my job, so I’ve been here multiple times hoping things would improve, but there is always an issue. The food quality has been consistently poor. The egg bites were practically frozen, food stains were all over the wrappers, and my matcha wasn’t even filled properly. It honestly feels careless and rushed every single time. What’s even more frustrating is that the orders are constantly incorrect. I once ordered a sandwich without cheese, and they remade it incorrectly multiple times back to back while I was standing there. At that point, it honestly felt unreal. While the staff apologized, these kinds of repeated mistakes should not keep happening. There seems to be a major lack of attention to quality, customer service, and overall management at this location. One employee in particular consistently appears uninterested and careless with customer orders, and it reflects in the experience customers receive. Looking at the ratings for this location, it’s clear I’m not the only person having these problems. This store seriously needs better management, improved training, and employees who take pride in their work. Customers should be able to expect accurate orders, fresh food, and basic professionalism, especially from a well-known chain like Dunkin.

  When i order a medium ice mocha latte why did you change it from 5 pumps to 3 pumps. Dunkin in Boston is probably rolling there eyes how Florida does drinks. Also don't mix the mocha with the drink. It is suppose to be on the cup all over the sides. I make you remake it every time on purpose until it is done the Dunkin way. Wasting a lot of money on purpose because Florida makes them so awful.

  Why are you open if your employees are just going to be on their phone and your espresso machine doesn't work? There's a sign on the door that says you take your reviews seriously, but not your coffee? Hopefully you can find someone that can pick her head up from her phone to greet a customer.

  Crew is always very nice, but accuracy lacks at times. Coffee tastes extremely bitter more often than not.
