I ordered food that I never received. I called the location and was told that, because it was a mobile order to go to the app for the refund. Well, I heard back that I did not have an account, even though I placed my order. Very disappointed again in this location. I also had a previous issue with doughnuts that were melted to the bag and was told nothing I could do about it because it was fresh!

I went through the drive-thru on August 7, 2026, at approximately 4:54 p.m., and it was the WORST customer service experience I've ever had. The employee at the drive-thru window appeared to be in a bad mood from the start. It took an unusually long time to prepare the drinks, and I was instructed to pull into a parking spot to wait. After waiting for quite some time, no one ever brought my order out. I had to drive back through the drive-thru, and when I got to the window, the employee was extremely rude and told me to go around again. At that point, I couldn't help but wonder what the purpose of a drive-thru is if customers are left waiting without any communication. To make matters worse, she told me she couldn't extend her arms far enough to hand me my food. If she is unable to perform a basic part of the job or is having that many issues, she should look for another job. Overall, the interaction was unprofessional, discourteous, and unacceptable. This employee could greatly benefit from additional customer service training.

"A bagel with cream cheese" That's how I ordered. A simple order one would think. But it was anything but. My therapist says I treat every inconvenience like it's a personal attack, so I didn't want to make this review. But the world must know. I woke up early, I was foggy due to the humidity. An easy ride as morning traffic hadn't hit yet. I fulfilled my errand and saw a dunkin. Of course I had to stop in as I had gift cards. As a reward for getting up way too early (7AM) I decided to treat myself. I got an iced coffee, and the aforementioned bagel. That's where the trouble began. Because, dear reader, you may read that sentence and think it's simple. A simple breakfast for a simple man. But there's a subtle problem with the statement. Read it again, see if you catch it. "A bagel with cream cheese" Do you see it? I didn't either. "Toasted" To me a Toasted bagel is the standard, the norm. You wouldn't go to Starbucks and specify you want your coffee in a cup, you wouldn't go to a resturant and mention your burger should come with a bun. But what is normal is not always the standard. Taking a bite and realizing my bagel wasnt Toasted is how I imagine the cyclops felt as he staggard blindly screaming "nobody has attacked me" It was a cruel trick on an unsuspecting individual. I write this not to slander or demean, but to inform. A toasted bagel is the norm, the standard. If you like an untoasted bagel you might need therapy more then the guy who spent 20 minutes writing a review about an untoasted bagel. Also the coffee didnt taste great. 3/5

Absolutely upsetting to be rushing by for a latte only to receive a cup of foam. I asked for sugar and that wasn't added.

Honestly, I don’t know how this Duncan has such low reviews every time I go they’re very fast and very friendly, but it is usually very early for my commute to work around 7:30 am.
