  BACON EGG AND CHEESE ON BAGEL half slice of bacon? You have to ask for everything like salt and pepper from behind the counter. Ketchup the same. Make those things readily available to customers instead of having to bother the crew. Add a set up where customers can get it themselves for the prices you charge. Jesus. The crew member was irritated and so was I because I had to ask for everything.

  *** Update: I realized my mistake when I looked at the phone number I had dialed. Instead of calling Dean Rd, I had called S. Alafaya. Regardless of my mistake, would anyone really take time out of their day to explain that they were shorted a few muffins? It could have all been sorted out that day if the person I talked to had asked clarifying questions instead of calling me a liar, in so many words. I have also been to this location, so it’s disappointing that I was treated that way. That location has lost a customer because of their rudeness. **** I had ordered four blueberry muffins from the Dean Rd location through my app a little over a week ago. When I got there, they did not have any blueberry muffins or gift cards, so they put my name on a list so that I’d be be able to get them at another time. So, this past weekend, I went and got a dozen donuts and asked at the drive thru if they had blueberry muffins. They told me they had three and that I could get those and they just change the number of muffins owed to me on the list. Well, when I got home I found that all three were coffee cake muffins NOT blueberry. I did not have time to deal with the issue again until 5 or 6 days later. The bag with the wrong muffins ended up being thrown away (because why would I keep food to rot on my countertop?). I then called today to see if they had blueberry muffins and a very unpleasant woman said they don’t, but that I needed to bring in the coffee cake muffins because how would she know if that was what I got. I paid for four blueberry muffins and didn’t receive them nor did I get my money back (and I press the issue because my kids love their blueberry muffins!). And, when I try to have DD make things right, this rude woman is basically implying I’m trying to get free muffins (mind you that I’m STILL on their list to get a muffin). Why would I go through all this trouble if they didn’t really owe me those muffins?? Horrible customer service! And, they’ve pretty much stolen money from me (4 blueberry muffins worth). I’m furious for being treated like that and for them not making it right. Ridiculous!

  I wanted to share my experience with this Dunkin’ location. I have been coming to this store since it first opened, but unfortunately, over the last year the service and quality have gone downhill. Recently, I had an issue with an order and tried calling the store to get it resolved. The employee who answered the phone was very rude, and my experience speaking with the manager was even worse. I have noticed that since this particular manager took over, there have been far more mistakes at this location. When issues are brought to her attention, instead of trying to fix the problem or help the customer, she comes across as annoyed and dismissive. I do not expect any store to cater to me or treat me like I am above anyone else. I understand mistakes happen. However, I do believe customers should expect their orders to be correct, especially when they are paying their hard-earned money choosing to spend money at a business matters. It's is frustrating when the order is wrong and the concern is not handled professionally. In my opinion, this is not the type of customer service or leadership expected from a store manager. On top of the service issues, the quality of the food has also declined. After being a loyal customer since this location opened, it is disappointing to have repeated problems and then feel like my concerns are ignored. Now, after expressing my frustration about these ongoing issues, I have been told I am no longer allowed to order from this store. I hope ownership looks into what is happening at this location because it has changed significantly from the store it used to be.
