- ABAlya BaradaSep 11, 20261.0me and my friends went thus morning it was empty no cars behind us nor infront we all wanted 6$ meals but we all had to pay separately we asked if they could do that for us, and she said no . mean while their was no in line and not busy so she with an attitude said just pull around again . we were shocked but said okay so we went around again i ordered the 3rd meal no egg white cheddar instead i got cheddar and egg dumb place

I asked if they had actually added the strawberry dragonfruit concentrate to my drink because it looked completely brown like tea and she was extremely rude. She also gave me a hard time when I asked her to remake it/add concentrate. My food was cold and my drink tasted like straight up tea. Dunkin is good but this location has given me nothing but problems every time I go and I will not be back.

I waited and asked twice about my order, explaining that I had placed the mobile order quite some time ago. Unfortunately, no one was able to help me at first. My food had been placed at a different location, and eventually a staff member asked for my name, found the order, and gave it to me. I understand that it was a very busy weekend and the employees were clearly struggling with the amount of customers. I also noticed the store manager was trying to bring in additional help because the team seemed understaffed. However, as a customer, I shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask about a mobile order and then receive my food completely cold. What was especially disappointing was that I saw a similar situation happen to another customer while I was there. When I spend money at a coffee shop and place a mobile order, the purpose is to save time and have my order ready...not to spend a significant amount of time waiting and searching for my food. If I have to wait this long, I could make multiple coffees at home myself. By the time I got my order the food is completely cold. I understand that busy periods happen, but this felt like a store organization and order-management issue, not simply an individual employee issue. I hope management can look into how mobile orders are being organized and handed out during busy periods so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
