- BABarbara Arzuagatoday1.0They had me waiting at the drive-through asking for help without response So I went to the window like a normal person would to order To which a lady told me I could go back through the drive-through and they would take the order on the speaker (where they didnt answer) Or I could leave ( very arrogantly ) Clean parking lot is the only good thing Dunkin’ Donuts in front of Wawa. Beside the McDonald’s. Call to file a complaint with the manager for this unacceptable behavior and no one answered the call.

- KEKi Ki EvansOct 6, 20261.0I wish I could give it ZERO stars for today’s visit. 10/6/26: 8:59am. This locations management came over the ordering speaker 3x asking me to wait. The line behind me was backed up to the street. After waiting almost 5 min I pull around and no cars were being cashed out at the window. This is rush hour, people are stopping in quickly because they have to be to work. The cashier told me he cannot take my order at the window and I needed to ride back around and get in line. I asked why and was told because of the timer. Payment ready I said I just wanted donuts, no coffee. He leaves and brings the e manager who rudely doubles down and tells me if I didn’t leave she would call the cops on me and proceeds to ask the other employee to find the Non Emergency number. Managers name is Joanna. Disgusting behavior by a leader and it shows other employees on her team that they can also treat customers who are the reason they are able to work that it’s ok and the customer indeed is not right. They closed the window on me and told me to leave because I wanted to place an order. I have been frequenting this location for 7 years now. I will be reaching out to the owner or corporate about this mornings team.

Called the store because my Boston cream donut was missing received rude I could care less customer service. When I was a kid Dunkin’s had all the donuts, just ruined. Anyway done with Dunkin, also their issues page on the website was 404, so they know it’s dump but really don’t want to hear about it that’s why the complaints page is shutdown
- LLLoisAug 16, 20261.0We pulled into the drive thru order a regular order for 3 pdople 3 donuts 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches. When we got our bags we got the wrong order and our bag as well, but it only had 1 sandwich. The lady asked us to park to firgure out what was wrong and when she coke out with our 2nd sandwich there was still a mistake. 2 turkey sausage no sgg cheese, 1 woth bacon what we received was 2 turkey sausage both with bacon and 1 with no cheese. And when i took a bite it didnt taste like turkey sausage and the bacon had oaper of some sort. I wont be going to this location again, Im not sure who the cook was
