Colonial Dr. and Avalon Patk Blvd. Shares a plaza with Wendy's and Aldis. It's fairly new. Plenty of seating. Not very busy. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a small hot mocha coffee. Waited just a couple of minutes. The service was quick. The bagel was hard. The coffee was the most watered I've seen in coffee in all my life. It tasted like watered down mocha syrup, no coffee flavor at all. I think that iced coffees with a gazillion flavorings, syrups, milks, foams, creams & sweetners have become such a mainstream that a great foundational coffee has gone by the wayside.
