  Very beautiful inside and a wide variety of delicious and unique donut flavors. Staff were also so kind and generous taking my order i would rate this location one of the best Dunkin’s i’ve ever visited! Never seen the guava donut before can’t wait to try!

  THE WORST DUNKIN! Staff is always left alone, untrained and inexperienced, and doesn’t know what to do. Well there’s never a manager there! I went one time horrible experience they could not do a refund only a manager code. They didn’t even wanna give me the manager‘s name or their names I had to see it on their name tag. I never got the refund. Waited a long time over six months to see if maybe it was just a bad experience, but no, it was the same exact experience. The staff didn’t know what they were doing. I ordered a Matcha latte and I was waiting there for over 10 minutes while the staff was just walking around another staff was on the phone. I could see a customer inside, nobody was being acknowledged at all. They were just doing their own thing. Finally, my drink was made, and there was still issues because the staff didn’t know that if you pay through the app, I guess it’s a different screen never going to that one again and I highly recommend you don’t either! Unless you want your time wasted!

  Don’t Waite your time. Just went was the only person in line. They chose to pull us up to the next window because “the espresso machine is running slow” they handed me my latte. Tasted it, just caramel and milk. Went back around for espresso in the drink she turned around put cold brew in it then gave it back. Had to ask for a refund because she refused to make my drink right. AGAIN only customer in the building at all. Refund done by Claudia 4/23/26 11:42

  The scariest Dunkin Donuts I have been to. It said is open 24 hours. We went around 5 am with my husband through the drive thru. Waited for someone for 5 minutes. Decided to go around we didn't see anyone but saw donuts on display. My husband went inside. There was one person throwing boxes no uniform and told him they were only taking cash. The windows outside had drapes like they were broken. Just bad overall.
