  This Dunkin’ donuts was the worst, the staff working on May 15th, 2026 at around 8AM-9AM had the worst attitude and customer service. They are entitled and frankly should not be working there if they hate their life that much. My family of 8 put in a giant order and part of the order was part of the $6 meal deal that came with coffee, breakfast sandwich, and hash browns. When we got our order, they had only given us one order of hash browns and opposed to the FIVE we were supposed to get. We politely went up to the staff to ask about it and the girl there was super dismissive and just said we have to pay extra if we want the hash browns. I told her we already paid for them as it’s part of the $6 meal deal and she was like “well it’s not on the ticket so you need to go back and order them and pay for them” and I told her they’re already paid for as we paid for the meal deal, she goes “doesn’t matter” and I just let it go for a little but did not appreciate the way she treated me and how they have just dismissed the principle of the whole situation so I went to ask for her name and she said “for what?” and I informed her I want to submit a report about this and she tries to cover her own case and say “well show me your receipt and show me where it says there are hash browns” and I realized I was getting nowhere with this idiot and she refused to give me her name. So I asked for her managers card and name and she said “we don’t have a manager” Finding that hard to believe, I said “oh so you’re telling me you have NO manager?” and then she goes “The manager is not here” and I ask for the manager’s name again and the staff rolls her eyes and says “Jessica”. So Jessica, PLEASE train your staff better. This is ridiculous, your staff is very rude and seems to have NO training at all.

  Worker was extremely rude. I would rather get the overpriced foxtail coffee than ever have to deal with these rude untrained staffers ever again. Do yourself a favor buy some kcups.

  The morning shift employees honestly look like they dread coming to work and couldn’t even pass out a smile. I also asked for less ice on a drink, noticed that it almost seemed as if I got extra. I then asked one of the employees if I got light ice and she responded, “should be.” I’ve been here a couple of times for breakfast when I go for runs in the ucf area but honestly I see myself going somewhere else for breakfast from here on out. I left a photo of how much ice was left after drinking the refresher and it was even above the #2
