- LHLeonela Hazard3 days ago1.0Sitting in my car applaud went inside for help with the mobile order as for some reason it wasn’t taking the coupon half Dozen donuts for four dollars. Mobile order went through without the promo. Cashier manager told me there’s nothing she could do to give me the promo as I had paid already on the mobile app. Didn’t even try to help me hard to believe that they’re not able to accommodate their customers and apply the discounts in house. No care for customers. Surely not a great day to start your day on a Sunday morning.

ZERO customer service skills on a job that they have to interact with guess what…customers. No acknowledgement, no greeting, no “thank you for your order”, and they simply placed the order on the counter without saying anything or letting me know the order was complete. They acted like I was an inconvenience for them. I was baffled at how poorly I was treated. No wonder the poor reviews. Take accountability and properly train your staff please. I am sure a little customer service training will go a long way.
