  Quiero tomar un momento para agradecer el excelente servicio que recibí en Dunkin’. Desde que entré, el trato fue increíble, pero en especial Virginia hizo que la experiencia fuera única. Su atención fue súper amable, profesional y con una energía tan positiva que realmente me alegró el día. Se nota cuando una persona trabaja con cariño y dedicación, y ella definitivamente representa lo mejor del servicio al cliente. Todo estuvo rápido, organizado y con una sonrisa genuina en todo momento. Personas así hacen que uno quiera volver siempre. Muchísimas gracias, Virginia, por tu amabilidad y por hacer sentir a los clientes tan bien atendidos. ¡Necesitan más personas como tú! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Donuts were OK. The attendant messed up my and my partner's drink orders (basic orders off the menu that was behind him) and then had the audacity to have an attitude about it. I will not be returning to this location and suggest anyone reading this does the same - International Drive has plenty of choice.

  I was there at approximately 10:00 PM on 04/11/2026 (late Saturday night). I was traveling back home from Orlando, facing a 10 hour drive. I really wanted a nice cup of DnD coffee to keep me alert. That's when the trouble started. I had to go through the drive-thru because the front was closed. Not a problem: that's common. The parking lot and drive-thru layout are gooned-up, though. Because of the layout, I couldn't pull straight into the drive-thru. Instead, I had to search for the drive-thru, do a turn-around, find the drive-thru, and enter there. I didn't see any order kiosk (because of a bad design which I'll explain later). So, I pulled forward until I was even with the drive-thru window. As soon as I pulled up, a lady opened the window and immediately gave me attitude by chastising me for driving past the order kiosk. I was annoyed but tried to de-escalate by making sure my tone and vernacular were pleasant. I looked back to see if I could find the kiosk. I barely found it because it was dimly lit. It was then that I realized that I couldn't see it initially because it was installed at a bad angle that didn't make it easy for customers to see initially. I apologized and offered to drive backwards to the kiosk. She then acted as if she were doing me a favor and told me that she would take my order at the window. After taking my order, she disappeared for almost five minutes. I found that odd considering that I was the ONLY customer she was dealing with. When she handed me my coffee, it was luke-warm. I wanted to say something and ask her to remake it but I immediately wrote-off the entire experience because I was afraid that she would give me more bad attitude and possibly sabotage my coffee. I took the coffee and pulled away. Finally, I tasted the coffee. It was weak and foul. I couldn't tell if she used expired cream or added something to it to make taste awful. I also suspected that she added regular tap water to it to cool it and make it weaker. Either way, I immediately threw it out and started my journey home with the hopes that I could find another place where I could buy a decent cup of coffee. 99% of the time, if I have to buy coffee then I get it from DnD because they are the best of the big chains (best beans, best roasts, best brews, most consistent, great customer service). So, I'm not blaming DnD overall. It was just this person working that night who was a real jerk. I'll still continue to buy from DnD, but EVERYONE would be well-advised to STAY AWAY from this particular location. As you can see from the other reviews, it's a disaster.
